Good for earlobes, shouldn’t be used for cartilage apparently. The piercings you put into the gun are smaller and are in a bag with extra backings and should be cleaned with alcohol before use, also clean your ear with alcohol before piercing, clean piercing hole everyday, twice daily for two weeks or up to a month as needed. After two weeks it might be best to switch to better jewelry.

It works but it's hard to get the earing out from the gun

The ear ring doesn’t sit securely in the gun so piercings would turn out crooked. Everything came ripped open and poured all over the packaging. I won’t even attempt to use it and when I try to return it I’m only getting an option to receive $1 back…
