Eh, i usually take addall XR but I couldn't find it on here, so I decided to use this one, you wouldn't think there was much of a difference, but the one I get at the store vs this one, the XR I get in the store, definitely seems to work better. But this one definitely does help, I'll give it another try and see if I still feel this was after taking it a little longer. But it's not bad, if you need SOMETHING to help to stay awake or alert or help your attention, this is better than nothing, I can tell you that.

I looked forward to trying this energy supplement but it really didn’t agree with me . It may work for someone else but it didn’t give me more energy and I spent several hours feeling jittery and unwell.In the interest of fairness I would usually try something twice before I left a negative review, but I simply could not bring myself to take this twice.

Works well and as expected, giving extra energy and focus at the office or while processing bookwork and more day-to-day task. I have purchased these multiple times.
