Its pretty sturdy i got a pink one & gold and black on my third purchase and i can confirm i dropped my pink one 15,000 times and its still functioning excellently, easy to conceal if the face is towards you (if your in the US) its 4 volts, best to pair with more self defense items and to be all honest you wont be disappointed. Bought me one my grandma and my friend one as well 😁

Hilariously realistic
So, I had this charging in my car, hidden under some mail while I was in a store. My big brother was hanging out in the passenger seat, and I guess he got bored and started looking at stuff and he found this finished charging. When I got started walking out of the store, I could hear him cursing in spanish out of the car window. He told me he was trying to turn it on and had his finger resting on the top of it.

LIGHT EM UP WITH 1 CELL
Omkay so I give it a 5... But I haven't actually zapped anybody yet..I would love to but don't want it to be a dire situation. I just wanna be sire it's gonna light somebody up or get them off me. But when I uploaded pics of the package it came in with all the accessories and the phone, everybody thought it was a real phone and they wanna order one!!

Unassuming
If your not actually holding it, you can't tell it's a defense device. Would give 5 but not a rugged device, afraid if dropped it would break. Haven't used it, so can't confirm if the volts advertised are accurate, i.e. law enforcement are 50,000 volts and can and do incapacitate a person, which worries me that the discharge spark is only for entertainment and flash purposes...

Scratched
Sounds powerful but the screen is completely scratched up right out of the box. Very flimsy I think it's going to fall apart
