mr van hogan was really helpful when we emailed about the colour of the gate being a totally different brown to the one shown in the pictures,He said "just send it back I will refund you on delivery" ok great I thought no hassle.Cost of posting with tracked, signed for and insurance back to Germany £54.00 cost of stair gate £70.00.To be fair it is a good product just the wrong colour just be wary of return charges...P.S if you require a poo brown stair gate just drop me an email

Good value for money
Good value for money. Can't use it with one hand but otherwise does the job. Works on our cat too.
