Awesome! All the features work accordingly, the hot water does get hot but the cold water only gives you a cup of cold water before just being cool then room temp. Not bad if you are not filling up say a thermos or big water cup for daily use.

I just purchased this water cooler. It was plugged in and powered on for over 6 hours and the water never got any colder than room temperature. Every time I get a glass of water, the yellow light for cold comes on and it seems the machine gets loud and starts to heat up and the water becomes very warm like it’s trying to get hot. Some of the illustrations are not actually on the machine. A waste of money. I will be returning it. I gave it 1 star because you can’t choose zero stars.

This has been the perfect addition to my room. I am able to get fresh water every day. The heating element works but I do not use it that often. I have not noticed any mold or parts breaking off. The item itself feels a little flimsy but as long as you don't move it to much it will probably be fine. The taste of the water has not changed at all. The value for money on this product is amazing. Love the concept, does really well with hot hot and really cold water, but it’s only been a week and it’s leaking somewhere from underneath, have a constant drip constant drip hitting the floors from off the counter

Very convenient tales up little space. Looks nice in kitchen or family room. Save having to buy individual water bottles. Living in Arizona I wish the water would stay really cold but it’s always cool so I can always add ice. Hot water is very hot.

I purchased this for my son to use in his college dorm room. It fits perfectly on top of his small refrigerator. Great value and quality. I would highly recommend!

Works so well!

Water flow is super slow; the tab that the cup pushes to dispense water is set way too far back so that a narrow mouth bottle or glass will entirely miss the water, so it cascades over the cup or bottle and all over your hand and onto the floor or whatever surface the dispenser is sitting on; also the hot and cold function to the dispenser is terrible and doesn’t do a good job of heating or cooling the water.

The unit does not get the water cold enough you ad is a little misleading says 3 temps no way to set tep for cold water instructions are very poor
