I've been using this company's sea salts for more than five years now. The flavour and quality have remained supremely consistent, considerably better than some of the other brands I've found here in the US. The granular size works perfectly for most applications and gives a very attractive presentation to things like Sicilian flatbread where a few grains of salt are added to the herbs sprinkled on top. If there can be only one, this is mine.

We've been using this salt for years and we love it! It's great as a finishing salt and also for cooking and baking if you don't have any kosher salt on hand! Definitely a must-have in any kitchen.

Pure, clean no after taste

I saw this product on Escape to the Country and wanted to try it. I like the salt a lot. It has such a stronger flavor than my other salts.

This sea salt is great for making chocolate bark type products. I couldn’t find it locally anymore and really wanted more. Very excited when I found it on amazon. Great product!
