This is an excellent gift for anyone who is into the dark and macabre. Makes an excellent coffee table book, the quality is great and the illustrations are fascinating.

What a gorgeous book, my little sister loves it

Such a beautiful book, I wanted to use it as decor on my shelf. It wasn’t suitable bcs you can’t see the spine of the book in its case but other than that it’s a beautiful book

also it’s ideal for gift to artists or doctors.

I have to admit that I bought this not because I'm particularly interested in anatomy but because it's so beautiful - the foiling on the slipcase is well done and the book itself is gorgeous - printed on black paper in a kind of bronze pantone, it's amazing value for money.

This anatomy book was so beautiful and practical...having the images in black and gold actually helped simplify some more complicated diagrams. However I had to knock a star off because there was a small dent in the case and there was little flecks of white of the pages inside so it ruined the flawless effect of the black pages.
