Why did you choose this product over others?: The phone is not working well. The battery 🔋 goes down flat few minutes into usage despite full charging. I have never been so disappointed with Amazon! I need a refund immediately!!!

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but this little phone has truly impressed me! The 5-inch HD screen is clear and bright, making it great for browsing, watching videos, and messaging. This is very disappointing because the battery cannot last for three hours. I have to charge it twice a day. A new phone should last much longer, but this one does not

This is a very cheap phone (clue is in the name!) so it’s not going to be as quick or as feature packed as the latest iPhone. Seems like it’s designed for somebody’s first ever phone or perhaps someone who only wants something basic for phoning and texting. With that in mind (I bought it for my Nan) it does the job well. Battery lasts a good length of time, the screen is good quality and the overall build is decent. I’d recommend for a first time buyer - it’s really cheap vs paying about £1000 for the latest model.

Fine for receiving calls and texts but not much else

Bought as a backup phone whilst mine was in repair. Turned on at first but once out of battery it wouldn't charge. It felt like a toy phone, it's disconcertingly light. Spend the extra 15quid and get a bottom of the range Samsung it you want a phone that actually works.

I am really impressed with this phone at this price. The 5-inch HD screen is clear and bright, making it great for browsing, watching videos, and messaging. Battery life is long, lasting a full day with regular use. it is very light weight and has good speed. Phone is great for beginners and worth the money. Overall I am happy with my Purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Very slow device

Very bad phone and I was disappointed to gave someone as a gift. Within a minute battery is gone. Too many complaints about it.

Total bad phone after a full charge it lasts about 10mins and needs charging again
