Al Cass Valve Oil, 2.0 fluid Oz.

This is a great product for Unresponsive yo-yos. It is a very thing, water-like consistency. I cannot vouch for how it does on instruments, but it keeps my bearings lasting long, much more and much cheaper than traditional thin yoyo lube.

Works amazing

Bought this trumpet oil my son who is eight and just started playing the trumpet. The oil itself is really easy to use, it doesn’t come out super fast, which is great with my beginner trumpet player. The lubricant itself works very well, he has had no issues with any of the valves while using this particular lubricant.

I've used this valve oil for decades, and it is super reliable and works great. It's extremely fast (like it says on the bottle), but also seems to dry out much faster than my old Holton oil that I used before. (I haven't used the new Holton oil - no idea how it compares anymore.) For something that is starting to rub, I'd go with something a little thicker.

I have been using Al Cass for over 30 years. This is the absolute gold standard when it comes to valve oil. No off putting scent, low viscosity, well lubricating, long lasting, and no color additives. It's the only thing I'll use whether it's my vintage Conn 22b, Stomvi Master Elite, Bach strad, or my son's student trumpet. Al Cass can't be beat. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the shift to the child proof cap, I miss my old single piece caps. I suspect this was some kind of mandated safety thing though.

最近はいろいろなオイルが出ていますが、長年販売されているのはそれなりの評価があるからかと思います。 サラッとした感じが気に入っています。

容器を開けるのに大変な力が必要 開け方としては、滑り止めのゴム板などをテーブルに置き、そのうえに容器を片手で固定 次にキャップを歪むくらい強く摘んでようきに押し付けて左回転させれば開けやすい。 しかし面倒でそこそこ力が必要 安全のためでしょうが、ヤマハなどは比較的開けやすいのにこれは信じられないほど開けづらい 改善してほしい 新たに試した結果、キャップを閉める時に少し抵抗を感じたらそこまでで留めて、締めすぎないようにすれば、開ける時は簡単に開けられます。 また、締め込み過ぎなくても、漏れることはなさそうです。

使うのは2回目でしたが、他のレビューにもあるように、蓋が開きにくくなっていました。 検索したらメーカーさんの開け方動画があり、それを見ながら「上から押して」「反時計回りに回す」をやったが、開けられず。 容器を逆さにして(蓋側を下にして) 容器を上から押しながら回すような感じで同やったら、やっと開きました。 (オイル垂らさないように注意) ところが、使って蓋を閉めたらまた開かなくなってしまい、 またひっくり返してやってみたら開きました。 もう少しラクに開くと良いです。
