I picked up the Decor Living, AMG and Enchante Accessories Bubble Glass Crystal Door Knobs to replaced an aging fixture on a bedroom door. When both my wife and I saw it advertised online, we knew we had found the right one. This classy, glassy door knob is easy to install. Fortunately, this was a swap out for a previous knob and I didn't have to cut holes in the door. The Decor Living's components fit just right into the pre-drilled openings.Instructions come in several languages, and the English ones are not too hard to follow. I simply took the parts out of the boxes, removed any backings, and went step by step. The knob with the pull lock goes on the inside of the room. A locking feature wasn't a requirement for us, but it does work. Slide the side mechanism in and attach via the screws, and then put on the knobs. While I didn't need a partner for this install, it might have made the process a little easier. I still had everything completed in well under an hour. All that is left is to paint the door around the lock and it will look good as new. Better even, as these crystal ball knobs with air bubbles have a magical quality. The mechanism operates smoothly and I have no doubts it will work well for many years. Have no concern about these being hard for older, arthritic hands to grasp. While smooth, they work fluidly without much effort.If you are on the market for door knobs and like the appearance of these, do yourself a favor and don't hesitate. I purchased one passage (no lock) and two bedroom/bathroom (with locks) to use in our Master bathroom. I installed the passage knob in less then 15 minutes and that included the time to remove the old knob on the linen closet door. I have never changed a door handle before so this is an easy install to do it so quickly first time. I did fully read the instructions and please NOTE* the second spring is pre-installed on the exterior knob and there is only one spring in the parts bag which you need to add before attaching the knob on the interior of the door. You are not missing a spring as one customer complained in a review. You do have to extend the the latch system inside the door by pulling it further out to open up the hole to allow the exterior door knob extension screw holders to pass through to the interior side of the door. The knobs are heavy and look great on white doors. We orginally had natural oak wood doors but the knobs didn't look good with the natural wood colour, much better looking on the painted white doors. The knobs are bigger then the 1980's brass knobs but feel very comfortable in the hand and turn easily to open and close the door. I recommend this product as a good buy.Update: one of the crystal knobs fell off but was easily fixed with clear Gorilla Glue. I would give it 4.5 stars due to this circumstance. I would still recommend and buy them again.

Don’t buy!! It’s a beautiful doorknob, don’t get me wrong, lasted 3 months and then the crystal globe randomly fell off. Seems like the glue attaching it was defective for it to only last that short of a time. Contacted manufacturer and was told to speak with Amazon for a replacement, Amazon customer service was absolutely no help due to return period has passed (probably just the customer service rep I dealt with because usually amazon is good with issues). Was fine for the three month return window and then a month later just popped off. Disappointed with the product and Amazon customer service on this one.

I was so happy when I first got these. But after about a month the ball fell of of one. As many other buyers stated. There's no way to get it back on. I've tried all kinds of adhesives. I bought another one in pewter that has not broken and still functional. The dark bronze is the one that broke. Maybe it has to do with the material? Or maybe it's because I used the "passage" version for regular door use and they're not supposed to be used that much? Anyway I'm very displeased that it fell right off like that and there's no way to fix it and too late to return.Update October 2019. I hate these knobs even more than before! While nobody was home the inside of the last knob fell off, making it unable to OPEN from the outside. Because our windows are locked I literally had to kick down the door the get in! Absolutely worthless. You could not pay me to use these knobs again. Complete garbage and waste of money!!!

This is a beautiful and interesting knob. When I ordered, the price suddenly increased from $19.99 to $39.99. I had to reorder twice since I received different styles than I ordered. I thought it was still a reasonable price, but that was weird. Installation instructions were fairly easy to follow. Unfortunately after using it 5 months the knob broke completely off when a guest was opening the door. They did not use unusual force, and it was quite a surprise. So while it’s beautiful I would not recommend.

These knobs are beautiful and I absolutely love them, although sadly many of them had the glass pop off the handle in transit or when I opened them. I am chalking this up to them being glass and being shipped in -40celcius weather. Only two were visibly damaged when they arrived, although the next morning 2 more were. I had called Amazon the evening they arrived and they gracefully shipped two new ones to me... sadly, one of those was broken too. I will however give gorilla glue epoxy a 5* rating as they have held together without complaint. The mechanisms work well and they are very appealing to the eye, but like I said, faulty and most needed to be repaired. I have given a 3* review only because of the faults, but I really do believe it had something to do with the weather and the thaw of the glass.

This doorknob looks great! Until you touch it. And it falls apart. My partner tried re-gluing it with SEVERAL types of adhesive, and replaced it from amazon twice, but this darn knob kept falling off. Piece of crap. Would make a pretty paper weight... but really, who needs a weight for their papers? Are we writing the great american novel in a meadow? No. No we are not.

The Bubble Glass Crystal Door Knob is really beautiful and was easy to fit to the door. I'm very pleased with it.

Shimmers when the light falls upon it. Doorknob is oversized which adds to it's uniqueness. Was a little tricky to install. Package came quickly.
