Pratley Quickset Epoxy Putty

This stuff is great! Absolutely worth the money & it is the best I have found so far. I used it on several items and it really does as advertised. I used it on a lamp magnifier that was broken off. I found a bead that fit the hole, cut & rolled up a small amount of putty (please be sure to wear rubber gloves) & applied it to both pieces, smoothed it out & let it dry for three or four hours. When it was dry I filed/sanded it down to fit perfectly in the slot/hole & to my surprise it worked perfectly. I bought the epoxy putty to to fill a couple of small holes in a jewelry box. Additionally, I bought some furniture dye with several colors of stain. I’m going to see if the stain will mix with the putty so it will match. But because this putty is waterproof I’m not sure that it will work. I’m hoping that waterproof means “after” the putty is dry. I’m still experimenting with it before I put it on the box. Excellent product for difficult repairs to anything from wood to steel. I used Pratley putty to repair a cracked bird bath and in a fridge where a plastic part had broken. The putty set as hard as steel even under cold conditions.

2 sticks in a package. Break equal amounts off each moosh then together (mix) and press onto what u want glued down. 30 min later it's hard as a rock

Sadly, I apparently got an OLD package. Both putty and activator were too dry to mix properly. Of course I didn't realize this until I had opened them for my product. I mixed them the best I could but the putty did not set properly. Frankly, I'd like either a refund or a new fresh package sent to me.

I've used this on a few projects, doesn't hold patio door brackets together, broke apart with 20 pounds of pressure, used it to fill a hole ina wall and the screw shattered it, not a strong epoxy

I got this to repair refrigerator drawers with chipped out areas on the runners.. It has worked very well. I also repaired the dishwasher basket where the silverware falls through. So far both repairs are holding well. Easy to form to the shape needed.

A little messy, but works great. Kind of difficult to get it to stick to the surface you want it on sometimes.
