Plenty of Room and Plenty of Air Circulation
My 12 year old hockey player loves the bag. It has plenty of room for all his jerseys as he plays on 2 travel teams. Seems to keep his gear somewhat "aired out". It might be too big for your youth travel player though. If I could buy it again, I would have purchased the smaller bag.

Large travel bag
This bag fit my purposes well for size and ease to use. The one area that needs improvement is the durability of the bottom. One trip on an airplane and there was damage to the bottom fabric from abrasion. I used duct tape to try and shore it up.

Very flimsy with badly made compartments. Previouse model was 1000 times better.
I had the older model, which was great but a bit small for adults. My only hope for the newer model was for them to make it just a little bit larger for adults. The 36 inch is still a bit small. I am only 5'9'' and it was just a 2-3 inches too small. BUT, it was durable and strong. I had it for 5 years and I put it through hell. It took all my ruthlessness as long as it could. The zippers were a little small for a big bag like that. SO, in the new model I was hoping to see better zippers, and so far they are okay, and work as they should. MY BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT, are the compartments and the flimsiness of the frame. The bag wobbles and has fallen a few times on me in the looker room and at home in my garage. Extremely disappointing!!! 100% the quality of the bag went down. Too bad. it was a great concept, that was brought down by profits. I am going to keep the bag, but I hope the company will one day make a truly durable bag for adults. With serious zippers and solid compartment like they were, when the bag was first introduced for sale to the public.

Too small
Believe it when other reviews say that the bag is too small. I wear medium sized adult equipment and cannot fit everything in this bag. It looks nice but it is not even close to large enough even with my gear packed perfectly. As much as I do not want to, I have to return this bag.

Improvement over previous versions
If you like the Grit bags this is a nice upgrade with the most noticeable improvements being the lighter weight and the green interior making it easier to see. The additional front 'water bottle' pocket is nice but I just use it to hold extra tape. Overall, I would buy it again.
