Great quality & price. B & D you surprised me.
Easy to install, and does such a great cleaning job. I was very surprised B&D makes such a quality dishwasher and at the time of purchase, such a good price. I definitely recommend this product.

Not Quiet At All
Not quiet at all and smaller than my last one. Not to mention the touch screen lettering is way too small to see. My kitchen is dark and I can't see the settings w/o using a flashlight. Not sure why they couldn't have used larger lettering. And it doesn't remember my settings, so I have to scroll thru the options--every time--to find my preferred setting. I always ask myself, "would I buy this again" and the answer is a definite no.

Inexpensive dishwasher that gets the job done
I needed a cheap washer, as I was so over hand washing. Sure, we had paper plates and plastic utensils, but they don't make paper pots and pans... This dishwasher was pretty simple to install, HOWEVER, the bottom has some plastic frame thing as opposed to aluminum rails, so routing the water line was different from my old machine, and I had to pop my water line under the floor (extra cutting on the subfloor) to get it to fit, but that minor gripe aside, I'm happy. The dishwasher works well, and cleans well, but it could probably use some jet dry or similar drying enhancer, as everything comes out wet, or at least damp, even with heated dry, and leaving the dishes overnight. I'm not sure what the "auto" feature actually does, as it doesn't have any sensors I'm aware of, and if you set it to auto, it is always the exact same timer and wash program. (I tested with simple dishes, like plates and glasses, and again with pots and pans well rinsed, AND not rinsed (for testing only) and it changed nothing whatsoever.) It's a huge step up from hand washing, and I was close to just burning my kitchen down just to avoid dishes. If you need a dishwasher on a budget, you can definitely do worse than this. Overall, I'm happy. I don't have to hand wash everything anymore. Oh, and the top rack has 2 available positions, for taller or shorter glassware and "delicates"

Not A Quality Product At All...
Internal components are made from very flimsy plastic material. My old washer was more sturdy. Doesn't really clean my dishes. Wish I never bought it. Mostly easy to use, but the short cycle is still 1 hour long? I would pay maybe $250 for this, but not $500. It basically rinses my dishes, but cannot get them clean.

1 The product is defective; I do not recommend it. You need to buy other parts to install it; it is extremely difficult.

cheaply made
This dishwasher is very flimsy. Very cheaply made. I ordered online & when I received the machine. I had to also buy a electrical cord ($20.00 ) then I had to buy the water line & connectors ($ 46.00) I did a return on the dishwasher because it was damaged. I was out $66.00 that I cannot return. Buyer beware

So far so good
We have been using this bc r about a month now. I find using the heavy cycle works well—normal left some of the dishes dirty.
