Good Taste and Even Better Results
I use normalyte to better manage my POTS, and my boyfriend drinks it before his runs and says that he experiences less pain and fatigue after his runs since he's not dehydrated. The extra sodium is super helpful for POTS, and helps with feeling lightheaded and nauseous. The orange flavor definitely is the best flavor and tastes great. It mixes well and if you leave it in the fridge overnight it barely has any taste at all. I usually just mix it and drink it with room temp water since the taste is good. Compared to other electrolyte brands, this one really makes me feel a difference when I drink it, and I have rebought it every month for about 6 months now. Worth every penny.

Better than I originally thought
First I got the orange flavor, then got a sampler of the variety pack. That turned out to be a good thing for them, because I hated the orange. The "pure" (unflavored) is surprisingly mild tasting, and I actually kind of like the grape and apple. When I first tried it I was kind of put off by the taste, and didn't really see the benefit over the competition. However, as I tried the other flavors, I found that I actually kind of like some as long as I diluted it to one packet to about 24-32oz of water. Eventually, I tried it when I really needed the extra sodium, and I found that it really did work better for me than the others that I've had -- even when it's that diluted (but your needs may vary). I wish that it didn't use sucralose; that alone would keep me from using it every day, and some people might react to it. For my particular needs, however, I think it might be worth keeping around for when I need something more than the usual mixes.

LIFESAVER!!!!
Dysautonomia is not a fun condition. This is a great product... Its not cloyingly sweet like most "Electrolyte" drinks. It does have a semi sweet orangey taste. I grew up having salted lemons as a summer thing --- So i like a less sweet taste. For those without medical conditions: I've had friends and family try it after Illness, longer term hospital stays (dry air) travel and change in altitude.... most HATE electrolyte powders and some cannot tolerate pedialyte or gatorade. They said this worked WAY BETTER for them and some have a subscription for it now :) IMHO its worth checking out their other flavors --- Orange is just my favorite. THOUGH I LIKE THE UNFLAVORED IN ICED TEA grape tastes like kids grape tylenol chewables to me -- and i do not remember what apple tastes like -- (last time I had it -- was in a sample pack that the company was handing out at Dysautonomia Conference 2017)

Purchased for kids sports for rehydration.
My teens did not like the flavor at all and neither did I BUT it does work to replenish fluids.

Great clean electrolyte replenishing product
I have POTS. I loathe sports drinks with all their empty calories, artificial sweeteners and as my Dr calls it "loaded with crap". I drink 3L of water a day (lemon or coconut). I was looking for a clean way to supplement my diet to better balance my electrolytes. This product, which was created in partnership of Dysautonomia International, truly is a great product that meets my high expectations. I have noticed a difference in fatigue and overall energy levels since I started taking one packet with my morning L of water. The taste takes a bit of getting used to....I've tried orange and Pure. Sort of like overly softened water. But it is neither good nor bad....just different. Might be a more drastic taste issue if you're used to sugary sports drinks though. But I'd say give it time since this product is so much better for your body. This is also great to give to sick and sporty kiddos.... Last thought.....I met the creator/owners of this company at the Dysautonomia International conference this year. Both gentlemen were genuine, smart and really believed their product could help. And they were right.

Great blood orange flavor
Blood orange is my favorite flavor. All the other flavors are good but this one is my favorite

Gross tasting
The orange flavor tastes horrible (in my opinion). I tried one in room temp water and one in iced water. I need electrolytes/salt for a medical condition. I tried to return but said it wasnโt eligible since I opened the package. I may contact support to see if I can switch for the unflavored. If that happens I will update this review. But otherwise Iโm not happy With purchase and itโs very expensive to not stand by the product. Very disappointing.

Great product
Iโve been using this product about a month now. I work in a very hot industrial environment to where I get soaked and wet with sweat at least three times a shift. Since taking this I feel it really does help put back those electrolytes I sweated out. Now the company I work for is stocking them for the workers.

Based on sweetness, not effectiveness
If you don't drink a lot of sugary drinks, this is not the electrolyte for you. Stick to nuun even though it's not as high sodium. If you're using this for POTS which was my intention, I can't comment on if it's effective or not because I couldn't get through one glass. It is sooo sweet from the dextrose and also so salty for obvious reasons. I just can't do it. If I were working out a lot, I'd be more comfortable with the dextrose content but since I don't do a lot of cardio, it concerns me. Wish I could return.

Electrolytes aren't made equal
I'm new to needing daily electrolytes for medical reasons. I have tried a few different kinds. So far these come out on top for ease if dissolving, decent orange flavour and i feel their benefit more than others.

Tastes ok but had to add additional flavour to help with the taste
I'm very sensitive to flavours so ended up adding a water flavour enhancer (crystal light for example) to help get it down. It did help with dehydration. I'm just really picky (sensitive) with flavour.

Salty
Purchased as I needed to increase salt intake. Taste like salt water with sweetener added.

Very expensive per serving
Pay attention to the per-serving price. It turned out a lot costlier than I imagined for something you can make a reasonable version of with just salt/sugar/water
