MediNatura BHI Calming Support Homeopathic Tablets, 100 Count

I started taking these 4 months ago. They work wonders for me. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I don't feel them hitting my system, but all the stress, anxiety, or shakiness just disappears. I showed them to my doctor who approves. More people should try them when they want safe relief without side effects. There are similar products, but I find this to be the best.

One of the FEW things thst help me go back to sleep in the night! Just really really wish they was NO Dextrose in them..I keep other things on hand because of the dextrose & maltodextrin ugh! (derived of corn allergy gmo)

First let me state my basis, I love BHI products. I have found them to do what they say and without side effects which I think is amazing. Same goes for the CALM (now CALMING) product. It does calm my mind when I have excess anxiety and my thoughts are buzzing round and round. I recommend this product and hope that others find the relief that I do. It is gentle and yet effective.

ok so I just got these in the mail today and was very excited to take them and see if they work. I took 2, 20 minutes apart (I thought 1 wasn't enough). but I did feel very relaxed and like I could talk up a storm with anyone (wthin 30 minutes of taking one). the 2nd one didn't really add to the effects of the first one, so 1 definitely does work for ME. might take 2 for someone else since everyone's different. but I do feel very relaxed and like I can socialize easily with anyone. I get very anxious sometimes and have some social anxiety because of it. surprised that they work on day 1. thought it would take a week or so to feel the effects. I can compare how I feel to being tipsy / a good buzz - I'm very relaxed when I get a good buzz. these are great. will definitely be taking these when I'm feeling anxious / nervous and / or am going to a social outing with someone. they don't make me sleepy, so I don't think they'll help when I can't sleep. thanks bhi/heel!!! :) EDIT / UPDATE: they take away all my anxious thoughts and my mind is just serene and peaceful. still feeling the effects of it hours later. another thing I've noticed is my face is not tensed up anymore like it usually is. and I am not overthinking like usual. so glad I found this stuff. I really needed this :')

I've been a fan of BHI's products for a few years now. Periodically, I have a difficult time getting to sleep, but when I use two of these an hour or so before bedtime, I feel that I'm able to wind down and fall sleep much easier. I like the fact that you just let them melt in your mouth and they have a nice sweet taste to them.

Used this for several months on our German Shepherd (who is incredibly nervous about all manner of things) at our vets recommendation. Going into the purchase, I didn't expect a lot. We were pleasantly surprised during the first several weeks, when after being given one of the tablets we noticed a tremendous improvement in his behavior and neurotic tendencies (when given in combination with Benadryl). We truly thought this may be what helped us get him to be a bit more at ease and manageable for training. After the first couple weeks, it stopped having the same effect and became mostly useless. We have since pulled back from giving it to him. I still have a full bottle, but am hopeful that by cutting back, it may be helpful for some short term usage sometime in the future if necessary.

I have come to find this natural sleep aide to be the easiest to use to not have that groggy feeling the next morning. Typically I can melt 2 under my tongue before bed and I fall asleep naturally.
