I bought 2 of these a year ago, one for my bathroom and 1 for my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was that thicker soaps did not work well in them. I had to buy a thinner store brand if I didn't want to wait all day for the soap to come out. They also don't hold much soap so I was filling them constantly. Not a big deal but I've only had them 1 year and one of them just stopped working altogether. I don't have money to throw away like this. I expect products to last much longer than a year.

I hope this updates my seller feedback appropriately. I put Aveeno Baby Wash in it and it is the perfect viscosity for minimal dispensing. Soft soap was too thin, and I was preparing to return it. I thought is was damaged during shipping bc the soft thermal mailing envelope had allowed the box to be crushed on the right side from top to bottom. Looks like it is a keeper for now. I would definitely recommend it now. Just be certain to use a thick liquid soap. :0)I need to update because the Aveeno Baby Wash is too thick. I have now made a mixture of distilled water, Soft Soap,and the Aveeno. I do not yet have a dependable ratio of each. ...will update on next refill. My grandchildren find it fun to use. I like it too. However am ordering a bigger soap dispenser for my liquid dish soap. :0) Still happy with it for now.

This looks fairly good, and sort of works. Unfortunately, the flow rate is not adjustable, and with a medium-viscosity soap, it delivers about the volume of two peas. NOTHING like the photo shows. I have to do three passes to get a sufficient amount wash my hands well.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. My son has cerebral palsy and it doesn’t work at all. The product was opened when I got it. The box said it Cand with batteries and it didn’t. The soap didn’t dispense after trying it 40 times. I’m stuck with it since my mom passed away and the 30 day window is up.

Love it! I bought this to dispense dish soap for the few items I wash by hand. It looks good by the sink and dispenses just the right amount of soap without being touched. I’ve been looking for this kind of dispenser for a long time, and I’m very happy with it.

I bought this soap dispenser to stop fights about my children using too much or too little soap, and to make had washing easier when our hands are covered in icky sticky messes. So far so good. It was easy to set up, it looks nice, and is a good size. It is a little annoying that the box says it includes batteries, but there are in fact no batteries included (this wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't printed in big bold letters on the box). The chime is useful so I know that the kids are indeed washing their hands when I am in the other room. It is a pleasant sounding chime and not too loud or to quiet. It dispenses slightly more soap than I would prefer (using softsoap liquid soap), but it works. It doesn't leak, and it hasn't gone off without hands under it (even when the cat wanders by ) so overall I am pleased with it. For the price, I definitely can't complain. It does what it says it does. I'd purchase it again.

At first this Cheerful Gifts Soap Magic Automatic Soap Dispenser worked well. However, this device first started to slow down and now it does not work at all. I am very disappoint in its performance. It is basically useless now.

Slow flow, and now stops altogether despite trying to clear the dispensing outlet and replacing batteries.
