Belt gets 5 stars, service gets 6 stars.
Don't worry about ordering the wrong size. Exchanging for a new belt is extremely easy. I received the belt on monday, decided it was too large on tuesday, and filled out a simple online form the same day. I received the second shorter belt on friday and put the first one in the supplied prepaid mail pouch. So easy. The belt itself is great. Stiff and comfortable. Much better than the leather belt I had been using. Not much else to say!Note that the buckle may not fit through your belt loops. It wouldn't fit through any of the loops on any pair of pants I own. So actually looping the belt on or taking it off requires taking the male buckle off the belt. This takes a few moments, and some people may find that inconvenient, but I personally don't think it's a big deal. Of course, the buckle itself couples and uncouples easily, so you don't have to go through the process of removing the buckle whenever you, uh, do stuff that involves taking your pants off.I highly recommend this belt. It's a great product from a great company.

Good, but a bit of confusion...
A bit of a mixed review, but let me start with saying the quality of the belt seemed very nice. It is certainly rigid, feels solidly built, there is no sign of cheap nylon being used. Overall impression is that this belt is very worth its price point. In reading about sizing in general, I noted that it was generally recommended to get a belt size one higher if you are in between sizes; which I am, and so I did. This resulted in my getting a belt that was too large to actually cinch my waist except when I pulled the hooks well past the loops section so that only about an inch of velcro was holding the belt on to me. This struck me as inefficient. Probably perfect if I only carried IWB, but not so good if I wanted to carry both IWB and OWB, as fully cinched, it was not really holding that well with so little velcro holding it together. This isn't necessarily a criticism of the belt, just of the sizing advice and my particular dimensions, I suppose. I would normally still rate it 5 stars, exchange it for the right size, and go on to enjoy the belt... no problems. No harm, no foul, it was just sized a bit large for me. Also, the buckles do not come off well, and are difficult to thread through my 5.11 Strike pants...Thus, I figured I'd just return it and upgrade to the next belt, the EDC Cobra belt, get the correct size, be able to remove the buckle easier, and be all the happier. I received that belt and the one size smaller belt has the opposite problem... it will only expand an inch or so, but has room for 6 inches or so of being shortened. What?! Now I'm really confused... do they size these entirely different per belt type? Now I'm going to try their size exchange and see if the higher sized belt will work with the Cobra belt. *sigh*Overall, still satisfied with the quality of the belt. I'm just confused on how they size the different belts and why it is so different. I suppose the smarter move would have been to just exchange this belt for the correct size and called it done. Hopefully, one more move will make it all right and we can just call it an experience to learn from.

Excellent Priduct
This belt is waaay better than my leather belt for carrying appendix. It can be adjusted to the perfect fit quickly and easily vs the holes in my leather belt which never seemed quite right. Belt is also very ridgid and works better with my holster/mag pouch clips. The buckle fits(barely) through all my pants/shorts which is nice so I don't have to remove the buckle every time I put the belt on. I followed the guidlines for sizing and the belt fit perfect. The price is outstanding for the quality of this belt. I think the cobra buckle looks a little cooler and yea it is rated to hold thousands of pounds but this belt doesn't need to hold thousands of pounds. It just needs to hold my pants up and keep my holster, mag pouch, and leatherman in place. I couldn't justify spending another $30 just for a buckle that looks a bit cooler but is far beyond the strength and capacity that I (and pretty much 99.99% of other concealed carriers) will ever need. (Sorry youtube tacticool ninjas).

A good solid belt wiht some quirks you should see coming
I purchased the belt to match my pants/bent size but it was way too big.. A 48" size that would go no shorter than 51". I contacted the seller/manufacturer and they very quickly sent out the size they thought would work, a 44. However that would not go out to anything over 48" so they sent out a 46" which turned out right. Very prompt and customer- centric support. I was playing phone tag with a contact and we couldn't connect by the end of the day so the owner gave me his number to call after hours. That only happens with small company's. They promptly sent out replacements the day we talked. No waiting for the return first. Very impressed with company. I don't see how this style of belt can be any different unless they made it a track belt. The buckle is solid and secure. As to the belt, it is very stiff as it should be yet flexible around the waist. The only drawback is obvious in the design, you have to remove the buckle and unfold the end to feed it trough 1 1/2 belt loops. It will fit through 1 3/4 loops wiht the buckle on mostly, however still not through most holster loops (not clips). You also have to feed the opened buckle-less end through any other looks like a loped holster, phone case, tool/knife case, etc. Then after you get it back to the front you have to put it through the buckle and back feed it through the last loop without having it snag the velcro before you want it to. If you wear anything appendix (right handed) it is even more difficult to back feed through belt and holster loop unless you have a clip holster. So it;s not a quick/easy change belt. You cannot just tighten it while under tension like with tongue or ratchet buckles. You have to open it, slide it around to get to the folded back strap and adjust. Buckle and try again. If not how you need it, repeat. But once in place and once everything is secured you have a secure inexpensive platform.
