This is great USB C. Fast charging. It can charge a laptop. Very durable and good quality. Wish it was a bit longer, but makes gaming sideways easy. Best when no case is on.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s just good enough. The design elements that work, work nicely. Then there are aspects that just aren't so great. What I like; +the flattened non-silicone or plasticized cable. +It feels really nice and is easy to wrap within itself for storage and travel. +It’s very light-weight, so it doesn’t tug or “droop” when seated in a devices usb(C) port. +The charging capacity +I appreciate the lighting element (more of a +/-) Dislikes The lighting elements design feature with the brand name is just a puffy sticker (lol) It fell off kinda early. I assume that heat from a charger sped that up. Maybe if it was acrylic or even plastic I would have liked it better. - theres something of a cord placement issue. The flatness of the cord doesn't have enough “give.” When the light-end is plugged into my tablet, which is its primary point of use, it becomes awkward. Thats why I’d also plug the long flat side into a charger directly. Which led to the heating. And that in turn led to the sticker falling off (lol). -It would’ve been better to thread the cable in at the midpoint parallel to the connector along the longer side to allow for it to lessen the “torque” thats placed on it. -It would've been nice if the light maybe had a shut-off when a device completed its charge cycle or dimmed… -The length Overall, I like it and will purchase the longer cord and other Baseus items.

I got this for free as part of a bundle and it's currently living in my car as my car charging cable. The USB-C connection seems sturdy. The size is great for a car. Be aware it may not function well with all cases due to how the bottom piece works. It's flat which is also great.

finally a cord that fits my mount all snug. edit: sad to see a lot of reviews with a different experience. I'm using a Pixel 7 Pro, with a case on. I have no issues with connection whatsoever. Turbo charges and all. And uh I don't notice any sticker? I'm not sure why reviews mention that. Maybe a different product somehow??? It works great for me, maybe it wouldn't with like a super thick case but mine isn't too thin or too thick really

(Please excuse my lack of being able to speak in the review video as I have been very ill , which is giving me some brain fog, but I have lain the exact details of this item in this review article) The Baseus MVP III USB-C to USB-C charging cable with a right angle charging port for a more easy to hold and comfortable for those gamers and heavy streamers out there. The charging speed is extremely consistent and very fast, putting out a great maximum output of up to 100W charging (dependent upon the charging block being used as well as the device’s charging capacity being factors to keep in mind, however I will note that it will top up any device you use it for using the fastest possible output that your device will allow. It’s especially versatile and has proven extremely convenient for using it for my Qi2/MagSafe charging stations as I don’t have to worry about the USB cable snagging on the unit, potentially causing it to fall off my desk or nightstand. The flexible and lightweight flat mesh enclosure for the wiring is a nice touch, ensuring you get the most longevity out of the cable! The only caveat that has been a recurring issue for me is that the plastic plate that houses the “breathe light” is partially protruding upwards from the plastic frame, which makes it more vulnerable to moisture damage and potentially causing the eventual damage of the breathe light and the E-marker chip. It’ll re-adhere when gently pressed downward, but will eventually pull back upward in a few minutes or so. This is a potential problem that could lead to a low to moderate risk of device overheating, premature death/faliure of the cable and the breathe light and possibly even a low risk of a small injury that’s burn related. Since I haven’t experienced this issue, with the exception of the one biggest selling point of this particular cable, the breathing light completely stopped working on my previous one. Here is my overall rating for the following: •Build quality- 6.5/10 given that this is my second attempt to purchase this cable and experiencing the same issue is not a good sign, and Baseus can do better than this! •Charging speed-10/10 •Cable quality-6.5/10 with the potential to be a perfect score. •Build quality-4/10 since this category goes hand in hand with the build and cable quality, but it is also a opportunity for me to rate the quality of the charging connector and the breathing light housing issue specifically. •Lastly, the value for money-7.5/10 because to be completely blunt and unbiased. I have tested a multitude of different types and styles of USB cables, and this one, alongside the other best selling Baseus cable, the USB-C to C cable with the integrated LED display that allows you to see the wattage charge status in real time and in a very accurate manner, are the two “premium cables” that are available from the company. While the LED wattage USB cable has no flaws that I have noticed after having two and testing them out on a daily basis and easily being the best option for the same price, that asks the question whether or not I would recommend this cable to you? As always I try to try and make sure that everyone is aware of any potential issues and convey my personal experience to all potential buyers interested in a product so that they can make an informed, safe and accurate decision. The reviews are always with the buyer’s safety and overall satisfaction in mind, and I can’t say that I would recommend this one at this moment due to two consecutive defective components that although may not be an inherent issue at this point, it could change in an instant. I would explore other options in my opinion. That said, I also make a point to note that your experience may not be similar to mine and may be the complete opposite. I’ve been using Baseus products since they were a not widely known brand and I have loved most of their tech, but as with any product, no matter how reputable and popular they may be, they are still prone to have a few flaws and defective items. It’s just how it’s been since the beginning. I appreciate everyone who has taken the time and effort to read my review of this product and I hope that I have been able to provide some insight and a gist of the pros and cons of this particular cable. Great if you have a case on your phone, if not the plug sticks out and creates unwanted torque on the phone USB port. Updated 2/5/2026 - moved from 3 stars to 5. While I was not able to use the cable for my caseless device, my wife has taken it and loves it. She has a case on her phone and it works great.

Excellent 90 degree USB-C cable. The bar lays nicely flat on my thin case. I am using this on my Galaxy S25 Ultra with the Benks case. If you have a thick case then you may not be able to completely plug in this cable. Unlike other 90 degree charging cables, this is flatter than those and is perfect to charge and use (i.e. play games)
