Too Dark For Evening Lighting Indoors.
These work for blue light blocking. But, if you are using them inside in medium lighting (before bed) they are extremely dark. I could not use them for watching a movie on my tablet or doing crossword puzzles. They were too dark inside with evening lighting.

Amber Tint Too Strong
The amber color was much too strong. Otherwise, great value, the frames are good as well as the look and feel. Get a version with less tint.

La verdad es que bloquea muy bien la luz azul. Es quitarlas un momento y ver el móvil sin ellas y quedarte ciego. Al verlo todo anaranjado no es ideal para ver series o Instagram/ TikTok donde si es vital el color. Pero si sabes que vas a leer en pantalla o mismamente estar un rato en Amazon mirando opiniones es ideal ponérselas. Siempre puedes quitarlas un segundo. Las compré en carey y es plástico la montura pero se adapta bien he intento no forzarlas para que me duren. Por el precio están bien

Ich liebe die Brille ❤️ die Augen bereiten sich damit -trotz vollem Licht, Smartphone etc.- auf den Schlaf vor und man wird langsam angenehm müde. Blaulicht wird wirklich geblockt (schaut man dadurch in/auf eine blaue Lichtquelle, scheint sie gar nicht zu leuchten). Die tolle Verpackung und Case lassen auch keine Wünsche mehr offen. Klare Empfehlung.
