Easy and it works
I love this little thing. Super easy to put on myself, and really works. Fits on any t-shirt and don't even feel it on my side, but it sure helps me not be on my back!

Works for Wife!
My wife has the problem of wanting to sleep on her back where her breathing then is not good. She has tried a variety of things like 3 tennis balls in a shirt she made. Tried the pillows to keep from moving to her back. None were very successful. This clip on ball has been the best device she has tried and after several weeks we are confident it is working. It doesn't bother her and yet she sleeps on her side where she is very quiet. Her sleep scores with her Fitbit have consistently been good in the 80's and even the lower 90's. The Calma Clip v2 is so simple and works so well it is amazing it took us so long to find it. Obviously it's happy for me also.

Ingenious little sphere that works wonders!
I was told my sleep apena test indicated I slept mostly on my back. In the course of an hour was uawakened 47 times. That meant I only slept for 13 minutes in an hour. Thus, severe sleep apena! I tried this 'sphere' and it is fabulous. I can see that someone with a fatty or muscluar back could possibly sleep on this and therefore not get the same results. I think this ingenious idea should be better advertised. It is amazing. No dry open mouth when I wake; no problem sleeping on my side; and now I remember I have dreams! I went for a year without dreams! It's well made, ever so clever, The shell is hard but not heavy. It is small and light weight to travel with you. Aesthetically, pleasing to the eye.

No More Snoring
As a solo sleeper who struggles with snoring, it's hard to know if a solution is working when you don't have a partner to give you feedback. My issue was always positional snoring—I’d fall asleep on my side but inevitably roll onto my back, waking myself up with a snort. I was desperate for a way to retrain myself. Enter the Calma Clip 2. I was intrigued by its clever design: a small, soft ball that clips onto the collar of your sleep shirt, right between your shoulder blades. The idea is that it makes it just slightly uncomfortable to roll onto your back, gently nudging you to stay on your side without being a disruptive or painful device. I’ve been using it for a full week now to give it a fair shot, and the results have been incredible. The first two nights, I’d wake up still on my side, having subconsciously avoided the little bump on my back. By night three, my body was already learning. The clip provides a perfect, gentle but firm nudge that your sleeping brain really listens to. The proof is in how I feel. I am now getting some of the best, most sustained sleep of my life. I am no longer jerking awake from my own snoring multiple times a night. I fall asleep and I stay asleep. I wake up feeling truly refreshed, with more energy and without that groggy, "I-fought-a-bear-all-night" feeling. For anyone who snores because they sleep on their back, this is the simplest and most effective solution I've found. It’s non-invasive, comfortable enough to forget it's there (until you try to roll over!), and it genuinely retrains your body. After a week, I feel like a new person.

Good if you are a back snorer
This is not a cure for snoring but if you snore mostly on your back this will keep you from rolling onto your back at night and save your partners sanity. It clips to bedclothes and is easy to put on. If you roll over, it is uncomfortable and you will then roll onto your side. For this reason is it is effective. I actually did not understand at first how to clip it on (I probably did not read the directions) but quickly figured it out. It was one of the cheaper anti snore devices I could try and I felt it was worth the money,

Review of Calma Clip (After 1 Month of Use)
I have moderate positional sleep apnea — only an issue when I sleep on my back. I tried CPAP for a week, but it left me more tired during the day and was just too uncomfortable. The Calma Clip, on the other hand, has been a surprisingly effective solution for me. I’ve been using it for about a month now. My Oura ring shows clear improvement in my sleep quality, and more importantly, I feel noticeably more alert and awake the next day. It took a few days to get used to — at first I’d wake up when I rolled onto my back — but now I don’t even notice it. Either I’ve adjusted or it’s doing its job subconsciously. The design is simple but smart. It stays in place all night, and while it’s a small extra step to clip it on each night (or keep it pre-attached to a dedicated shirt), that’s a minor tradeoff for the benefit. I know CPAP is necessary for some people, but for my specific case, this has been a better solution. It’s more effective, more comfortable, easier to travel with — and way cheaper, though honestly, that’s just a bonus. What matters is that it works.

Help not to sleep on back
I’m not wowed, it’s uncomfortable, and in the night when turning on the back, I wake up and accept this uncomfortable situation and fall back asleep on my back.

Life changer
Life changer. I was sceptic, but it is a life changer. After few weeks, I no longer use it daily as it helped me to build a habit. Less snoring better sleep

I only snore when lying on my back so after trying mouth strips, jaw straps, mouth pieces, pillows and everything else going this device was a last resort! 2 nights in and my wife said she doesn’t have to decamp to the spare room or sofa. Also it must be better for my health as the amount of times I would wake myself up from snoring. It’s a really clever and simple device that takes seconds to fit, I can’t believe I’ve never seen it before. Comes in its own case if you are going to take it with you on holiday but not really required. Slightly padded with foam on the side that touches your back but still firm enough to prevent you from lying on it.

Super happy with this purchase. An obvious improvement over my terrible home made ‘ball taped to T-shirt’ effort! Highly recommend the Calma Clip, I’m sleeping much better now.
