They shrink a lot... i bought 7 5/8ths and it probably shrunk down 1 or 2 sizes... i knew it would happen so now it fits absolutely perfect. Nice and thick. Best welding cap ive ever bought... I also have a cap from badass caps, too but its not as good. This one's a lot thicker and well made. Highly recommend but at 1-2 sizes up due to shrinkage. Great welding cap.

Well made welding cap with good stitching and fabric. My only complaint is the height from hem to top is too tall for my comfort - just my opinion, your mileage may vary.

Not reversible. I guess you could wear it inside out but the inside and outside have different materials and construction. The quality control on the size and stitching is decent, other than several loose ends at the ends of stitches. Not unraveling but something to snip off. Good if you're a beginner at welding because 1. It's cheap and 2. If you're grinding off a LOT of material it might be nice to have a thicker cap.

Alot thicker than I thought it would be, but very durable and will last a long time. Seems a little deeper, sits lower on the head, but very comparable to the heavy 8-panel welder nation beanies. Impressed. Would buy again.

Like others say, it's thick and runs small. When I measured I needed 7 1/8 but my hair is really short right now so figured go up a size if I let it grow. Even see 7 1/4 it's pretty tight. Might return it to go up another size
