Cooked filet mignon and it was delicious. No nasty chemical smell when lighted and it was ready to go in about 20 minutes. No negatives.

I had purchased a 2 pack of this grill to take kayaking just for hamburgers and hotdogs. You cannot see the amount of charcoal in the grill because it has a cloth like material over it which lights the charcoal. When that burnt off the charcoal was all in the middle and not much of it. I tried to spread it out to be able to use the whole surface but there just was not enough. Thank goodness I brought both of them so I could cook more. I was only able to cook 3 hamburgers on one grill and no hotdogs. For the price I paid I should have bought a regular portable grill I could reuse. I definitely would not recommend this product or buy again.

This product is totally worthless. You'd be lucky to toast a piece of bread on it. The "charcoal" only takes up about 2/3 of the grilling surface which is quite small to begin with (see pictures). After the allotted time to put the food on the grill was still cool enough to pick up and move (which I did as I threw it in the trash) with my bear hands. I had too give it one star as Amazon requires at least a one star rating. I would have had more luck holding the food and heating with a candle.

Don't buy this, it will ruin your cook out day. I bought 2 sets, both of the charcoal lit up and stay hot for 10 mins and that is.. I had to rush to 7/11 to get a pack of charcoal. I paid $26 to use the tray only. It is completely outrageous and terrible product. Stay away.

Didn’t stay lit, smelled chemically, and so flimsy it didn’t hold one steak. Very disappointing.

Worst product ever! Never again will I but them. What a huge disappoint.

The fire never got hot enough to cook chicken. Created a problem for the outing.
