Received today and even though this modem is not on Time Warner Cable (TWC's) approved list in Raleigh, NC they activated it for me successfully. Very good and easy to use, nothing really to configure unless you want to. Pretty good speed and stability on TWCs 30mb internet in NC.

The product worked well for about 45 minutes and then crapped out.

I don't understand Comcasts' difficulty with this modem. I know it works on Charter and Cox Networks just fine! It's fast, easy to install, and has performed well for me. I've given a rating of four stars because it's not the pictured(battery backup)Item.

This is all you need for internet and two phone lines support. I hope you like the vary fast speeds with this one. 300 Mbps down and 100 Mbps up i believe it can do wide open. so works with slower speeds than that greatly.

works great with Mediacom. I ordered the exact same model that I had been renting from Mediacom so I knew it would work but of course they tried to scare me into thinking it would not work because it is not from them. I tried to register it online with them but their site would not get it up and running so I did have to call them (hate going through all that automated stuff to get a live person) but once they did the reset from their end it has been working just perfect. I have had it almost a month now.

Not all of the lights worked on the first unit sent to me. Seller sent a second unit and all the lights worked but the internet wouldn't work but the phone line worked fine. Sent second unit back and seller refunded my purchase. I had asked him to test unit before sending the second one l. I don't think it was fully tested. But he was kind to me. Also he didn't really have a lot of knowledge of cable modem operation.

Constant problems since installing the modem... Works great for several week then intermittent outages. Could be Charter, their support isn't very helpful but they've stated on numerous occasions the network is fine and they are well above the SNR values... I switch between a D-llink and securifi almond router... They'll work for a bit and then take a dump. I'll replace it with the other and service is restored. Good for a few weeks and then that one will dump and the cycle repeats. Crazy.

have had issues ever since switching to mediacom a few months ago. Bought this modem about a month after switching, and about the same time there was a lightning strike or some other issue that knocked out one of the town's network switches. I think it's fixed because lately the modem seems pretty stable, and ridiculously fast compared to what I was getting at first.
