We are a high volume restaurant and needed to up our waitlist game. I bought two different types/sets of pagers. One from Pager Genius and another cheaper paging system (can't leave name of second system as still in refund stage). Within three weeks the other system's base just quit charging the pagers...out of the blue...boom...doesn't work. Pager Genius on the other hand works perfectly and we have only had two issue. Customer walked off with one of the pagers and had one pager unprogrammed with no number. Reset number with base no issue. The Pager Genius system worked so well I just ordered a second set as we were running out on our waitlist. Called Pager Genius to see if I would have any issues adding another set and customer service agent, Bryan, was so very helpful! Good distance...easy to use. Maybe more expensive, but this is really a situation of you get what you pay for!

Purchased this pager system well over a year ago for my business. They replaced a less expensive set that lasted less than a year, broke easily and had a max range of 100 ft. Our old set was horrible.After a long time of usage,. I can absolutely attest that this 20 piece pager set addressed ALL the problems we used to have with our old system with connectivity, range and quality.These pagers have FANTASTIC range - can activate from anywhere in our 55,000 sq ft facility. They get dropped and abused regularly by customers, yet the just keep on rolling. I'm actually shocked at how long they have lasted given how frequently they are banged around! Heck, someone dropped a utensil on the base station and put a gaping hole in it - yet still works fine.Added Bonus - they will add your LOGO if you would like! When they need to be replaced, I will DEFINITELY re-order this same system. Outstanding value and quality. Highly recommend!!!

Having expanded our restaurant business to a second location we have been solely relying on this paging system for years. It has made the dining-out experience a more pleasant and efficient one, for both guests and restaurant staff. Keeps everything organized and maintains efficient workflow. Instructions for set up was very easy to follow. It has good range. I'd like to add that I have yet to discover a paging system with a separate key pad press button unit. It's usually attached all together with the pagers charged to it. The separate unit makes everything so much easier when the back kitchen can also press the number to page without having to walk all the way to the front register. The vertical stack allows for more efficient use for small limited counter space such as ours. It comes with warranty which is a plus since given its heavy use equipment like these is expected to go bad from time to time. Service and replacement is on point. Stay within your warranty period, ship back any defectives with confirmation tracking of course and they will return with replacements in a timely manner. All in all, we are happy with pager genius. Will be ordering more as our company expands.

We've used several lesser quality paging units that just didnt hold up and they were smaller and cheaply built. This paging system comes with large buzzers with bright lights and a strong vibration that stops people from sticking them in their pocket or purse and forgetting about them. Their customer service is USA based and they actually answered the phone when we had some tech questions and solved our problem super fast. Pager genius is the best and their warranty was honored with no hassle and no "side stepping and passing the buck" BS. That means everything in a small business like hours.

The range of the pager is almost none. The guest was literally standing 3feet from us and I had to page them 3 times in order for the pager to go off. And if you don’t press the pager down they won’t charge. Sometimes at random they turn off altogether. So disappointing after spending the amount of money I spent. I returned them. Hopefully I get my refund back

I just received the pagers a couple of days ago and we haven't had a chance to use them much but I can say that right out of the box one was not lighting up and I called the company and they were great to work with. When I first called it was early in the morning and no one was in so I wondered if it would take forever for someone to get back to me, but within a couple hours they returned my call. Bryan was great to work with and he answered my questions quickly and professionally. It turned out the pager just needed a little more time to charge than the others and it started working. Bryan also helped me get my logo stickers ordered and on their way within a day. I previously purchased another system and it was such a pain to get set up. I had to watch a youtube video over and over to get them ready to use. These are ready straight out of the box and the instructions are really easy to understand. Anytime you make a large purchase and spend a lot of money on a system like this and are paying more for a warranty you always wonder if it is worth it. I worry that the company won't really back their product or will they just ignore you when you need help if something goes wrong...so far I am impressed with the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received and feel it was a good purchase.

Absolutely brilliant, well made and easy to use.After ordering a less expensive pager system that was useless we did what we should have done and paid more money to get a system that is miles ahead of the subpar $200 systems from China that are prevalent on Amazon. The build quality is fantastic and the range is great, we haven't tried it at the 1mile stated range but 500 ft has been 100% reliable. Love the build quality and the customer service

There is a nice half of a mile range on these pagers and with our food truck that's perfect! We don't have to shout out the name, they get the page and come back..we are in Wisconsin so they can wait in their car during the cold months or the rain. The company stands by their products and will do whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied! Great customer service, they respond quickly with any issues. Will definitely continue to buy for them when we expand!
