If you just plug in the lightning cable to charge it at night, it will only charge the phone (not the case).What you have to do is plug in the canle, then double click the back button twice (the charge aymbol on the phone should not be displayed). Then, it will properly charge both. It will first charge the case...sound an audible beep...then charge the phone itself.Stopped working 8 months later.

Works great. Lightning plug a lot better than the last battery case charger i had. And a lot lighter. So far doing a great job

This item is worth every penny. I got this mainly for work as I’m often out and away from a charger, but this phone case has great charging capabilities and can charge anywhere. The case is easy to install and the signal lights on the back are easy to understand. It’s great for outdoor events too. The seller sent a screen protector as a gift. The overall experience with this seller was great. I recommended this product to anyone who needs an extended battery for their phone.

I’ve been using it for 4 months, the past 10 days start to be on & off while I’m using it.and now it’s stopped completely from charging.I would like to use the 1 year warranty since it’s still valid.

I like the design that the top frame are soft and bendable so there is no separate part you need disengage to hold the I phone , also to charge is double click , avoid accidentally charging the phone , however the connection dose not work with the iPhone 8 headset, But I am using wireless anyway

Case will not protect very well if dropped. The lips on the side do not cover enough to protect the phone.

Do not buy this! I didn't even drop my phone!!! This crack (see photo) appeared after a few months. It is made of very cheap plastic, too heavy, and no ergonomic design!!!
