This Kava is FANTASTIC! More convenient than the powder. I love the relaxed feeling I get. The taste alone isn't bad at all. I like to mix mine with sparkling water, make a drink. I have quit drinking alcohol, this makes it easy!

I like using kava products for their relaxing effects. This kava did not seem to have as strong of a relaxing effect as some others that I have tried. It is a mix of kava and other things as well. It does taste a better than other cava products I have had though. I like to take this one at night since it has valerian root in it also.

This tincture is fine. The flavor is okay - it is not horrible but it is not fantastic. There is a little bit of sweetness to it, otherwise it has bitter undertones, so diluting with water or juice will make it very palatable.You get three bottles, so this is very cost effective.There are a lot of good ingredients. I do have some concerns about kava and ashwagandha. Both are known to not be good to the liver if used at higher doses and for extended periods of time, so I am wondering if the combination is going to be too much. Because of this, I am tempering my use and only using small amounts and not every day.Even with the small amounts, I do feel it helps take the edge off. Traditional anxiety meds also are not great for the body organs - so which is worse? I'm not sure.The tincture is easy to use and I feel it is effective. Don't expect miracles but it can help take the edge off a little bit. Just do your research before ingesting anything into your body.

Followed the directions to the letter. Felt nothing. Did nothing to help me relax, sleep, anything. Another "supplement" that sells high hopes but delivers bad tasting drops. Don't bother with this stuff. Oh, and since it's a consumable item, you can't return it.Also, the front of the label says 400mg, but on the back it says 300mg per serving. See photos

Best-tasting kava extract on the market

I wish this supplement had a little more kava (and a little less of all of the other ingredients). I normally like to take around 1000mg of kava at a time, and each serving from this tincture only has 300mg, so I end up taking around 3 doses. That leaves me feeling very nice and relaxed, but it is a lot of the other ingredients too. If this one had 500mg+ of kava I'd give it 5 stars I think.

It definitely relaxes you. I put a little in a flavored soda and it really works nice. If you take the full amount right before bed, you'll sleep great. This has been a god sent since I'm dealing with perimenopause with some sleep issues.

Weak, insipid, and overly sweet. There is no numbness or tingling in the mouth matter how much you take. Relaxing effects are mild to none. Go find the real deal, this isn't it.
