I enjoy the occasional cup of coffee, but more often drink herbal tea. This little guy works great for both and has also renewed my love for a fantastic cup of coffee. Before this I mainly used a Keurig, which in my opinion produces a weak, watery cup of coffee. Since I bought this I have been on a 50/50 split with coffee and tea. To use this, I fill a mug with tap water and put it in the microwave long enough for it to come to a rolling boil...usually about three minutes. while that is happening I put a heaping scoop (scoop included) of pre-ground coffee or loose leaf tea in the bottom of the press, then pour the heated water right in there and let it sit for about 4 minutes. Then you just press, and pour it back into the mug you heated the water in and you have a first class drink. For cleaning I just rinse with hot water most of the time, but scrub out after every 2-3 uses. Small, simple, and inexpensive... What's not to love?

I have used many coffee presses before and I love the double straining this press does! Both the mesh wiring and then the pour spout. It’s the prefect size for one cup of coffee which is great for me and my family since I’m the only one that drinks coffee. The scoop size is helpful for those who do not have a barista background.My only concern, which hasn’t happened yet but it did on my last one from a different company, is pushing the glass/plastic part out of the black holder. When it’s hot, it slids in and out easily. I’m concerned if I try to push it out when it’s cold, it may crack like my old one, but so far it’s been great!

I like the coffee it makes, but I hate cleaning it. I also make my coffee using a Melitta cone and filter. Also good coffee, and easier to clean. Both methods make delicious coffee.

Tired of making coffee in my huge 32oz french press when I only need one cup. This little thing is perfect for brewing a nice strong flavorful cup of coffee. Since it's more compact it's much easier and faster to clean than a larger press. Easier to clean than a moka pot, drip machine or coffee percolator. An outstanding product. I use it daily at home and at work and when I travel. Quick and easy to clean, it is perfect for a single, fresh cup of coffee. No wasted coffee sitting around to get cold. Make one cup the exact strength you want for any time of day--even decaf tastes great. Besides who wants to make a whole pot of decaf? AND I don't have to spend $4.95 in a crowded, noisy coffee-chain store.

I use this for pressing coffee but I also use it for foaming milk. The lid seals well on this product and that is helpful for foaming milk. It is easy to disassemble and clean. I have had a problem in this area with other presses. It is small enough for traveling and seems durable. It is a quality product and I bought a second one as a gift for someone because I like it so much.
