The media could not be loaded. One of the best fidget options I’ve found. The sand is soft and moldable, easy to play with one hand, and not messy at all. It’s not sticky like slime and doesn’t dry out. The only downside is that as you play with it, the oils from your hands get absorbed into the sand, making it turn softer and softer. Once it gets too soft, it gets messy and doesn’t hold its shape. That’s why I like getting the 10 pack. Definitely a great value and great for kids to play with or adults who like to fidget with something in their hands without any noise or mess.

My kids love Dream Sand(and I find myself using it to!) so was so happy to see this bigger pack. LOVE how many colors it comes with + that they are all in separate containers so all the colors don't instantly get mixed together.

This play compound really does feel incredibly soft and cloud like! The sand is in a consistency similar to powdered sugar so it's really silky. One tub was perfect for a 2 year-old to manage and filled a little play kitchen frying pan without overflowing it. (We were using it outside in a Mud Kitchen.) Each cube is holding about 3.5 ounces, or a scant half cup. Can be formed into a ball about the size of a racquetball.These little play sand cubes would be awesome party favors or treasure box prizes. I'm also going to take one on an upcoming trip so my toddler can have some sensory play that is easy to clean up. It's the type of play sand that sticks to itself and stays together REALLY well. You can pick chunks of it right up off the carpet and it stays together instead of being a sandy mess like real sand. I think some of the colors would look beautiful mixed together if you need to fill a larger sensory bin. Love the quality, will keep buying this brand.Update March 2025: I am back to buy one at full price for a child's birthday present. These are an absolute HIT in our mud kitchen. Every toddler that touches the dream sand cannot help but begin to play. The feel is so alluring! We've only used up 3 cubes from our original set so it is lasting quite a while.

This dream sand is like magic! The texture of the sand is very soft and fluffy. The sand can be squished up together to form different shapes and figures. There are a total of ten different colors in this package. The colors are light, like pastel colors. These tones are perfect for Springtime. The colors are individually packed to keep the different tones separate. The individual containers are small and compact. These little boxes would make a wonderful addition to Easter baskets or party favor bags. The pieces of sand are very fine. The texture is so fine it almost seems like a powder. My son is currently two years old and he loves playing with it. He loves the feeling of the sand being squished in between his fingers. Whenever we have a party for the kids, we like to put the dream sand out for them to play with. The price of $12.99 for a ten pack is a good value for the money. The sand sticks together for the most part, so it’s fairly easy to clean it up when we are done.

Gosh, my kid really really likes this sand. Like, a lot. He played with it for hours when he first opened it. Not pretend hours either, real ones. A whole evening. He’s 3.5. We started by dumping all the nice vibrant colors into a sensory bin one color at a time in some silly pipe dream that he’d keep them separate, and then he went to town driving his cars and trucks and a fire truck ladder through the mix until it was thoroughly mixed, and then he made mountains with his toys inside. He’d pause every once in a while and glance up at his PEPPA on tv, but mostly ignored it in favor of his sand. Sometimes he did both. Three times he stopped mid-play, looked up at me, and told me how much fun he was having with the sand. So. Much. Fun. The sand itself sticks together nicely so not nearly as messy as actual sand, and it’s quite firm and one big block when you first take it out which is nice. His tray was something like 12x20 and 6” deep, and after all this time playing there were only a handful of little globs of sand on the floor, and they were fairly easy to pick up as most were clumps. Great find and an A++ toy!

For the current advertised price of $13 for a 10 pack, I was curious about the quality of this Chuckle & Roar Dream Sand. However, this sand is amazing and far exceeded my expectations! The colors are vibrant, the sand is soft and easy to clean up, and each pack of sand is large enough to entartain a toddler for a while! I highly recommend this product. I will definitely be ordering more of these for my own household and as gifts for friends.

After being let down by many "no mess" products, I was cautiously optimistic about this sand not leaving residue. It's true! It leaves no mess behind, and it feels lovely. The different colors are so bright and fun. 10/10!
