I did not buy this item to make waffles, but I did anyway and they turned out perfect! I have made smashed potatoes, pressed Cuban sandwiches, grilled ham and cheese and fried eggs! Love, love love this! So easy to use and clean! Fast and I love the interchangeable removable plates. Not too big and bulky either. Perfect! Would be great for college students too! I wish they sold donut making plates to go with this. So fun to experiment with! Great product!👍🏼

I love it.! It works very well. Heats up fast too. I've used itb3x already and mybwaffles come out yummy and super quick too. The color was what attracted me because I got on this teal colored appliance kick. So now all my kitchen appliances match - the only thing I couldn't get in teal is my ALEXA that is sitting on the holder nailed to the kitchen wall. It's LAVENDER!! well they never had Alexa in teal to start with so it wouldn't have mattered had I did buy it sooner. O well.

so far so good i like it only used it 3 times as i type this but i'm sure i'll be using it more one concern i had was when making pancakes it didn't seem to cook both sides even {unless it was something i was doing} bottom side cooked perfect but the top side not so much pancake stilled looked white on the top with only a little browning to it...haven't tried making any waffles yet...but the grill plates works like a charm i cooked a sirloin steak on it and the steak came out perfect and juicy and cleaning it wasn't hard at all altho it appeared some of the liquid from cooking the steak got under the plate i was shocked to see that consider the plates seems to lock in nice and tight

I had it for less than a year. My child loves homemade waffles and I wanted a waffle maker with removable plates. I would spray a little oil on top and bottom. Oil would get trapped in places you couldn’t clean and would leak. Even though you could clean the plates, the parts that were near the heating element would burn. Within the last month, one side would burn the waffles, the other side would be under cooked still. Very unhappy with purchase. Still can’t find ideal waffle maker.

Makes great waffles! Even browning, no sticking, and the plates (although not dirty) were easy to remove and rinse.

I got this so I could make some pancakes real quick or waffles. I tried the waffle plates and it was hard to get the waffles out of even though they were pre-sprayed the pancake tray worked great. I cooked some chicken tenders in it and salmon patties and it struggled. It seemed like it got too hot worried me because the plug was extremely hot and it had a little bit different of a smell. The plates are staining just like underneath them where the oil somehow got down there and I can’t get it cleaned out. So for a small apartment and moderate use, I would say it would probably be pretty good, I myself would not buy another one

So far, so good. Used about 5 times. Now I can make pancakes that look normal. Recipes that come with it are good too.
