Sascalia Owls Auto Open and Close Collapsible Umbrella, Multi-colored, One Size

I love the gorgeous and whimsical owl design on the fabric of this umbrella because it's so bright and cheerful. The umbrella comes in a sleeve and unlike most umbrellas, you can actually FIT it back in the sleeve after each use. My favorite feature is the auto open and close button, which makes it so much easier when you have your hands full with purses and kids in the rain. When you push the button, the umbrella pops up quickly and opens all the way; when you press the button to close it, the umbrella collapses but you will have to push it down into the handle. The steel ribs on the inside are durable and the canopy of the umbrella is large enough for both me and my daughter to stay dry in the heaviest of rain. It also didn't turn inside out in heavy wind, like so many other umbrellas I've had. This is by far the best umbrella I have ever owned!

Used this on a trip to Ireland. It opens with the push of a button, and pushing the "Close" button collapses it so you can push it down the rest of the way and wrap the strap around. Very handy when it starts raining suddenly, something that happened almost every day. Hesitated packing it because it's not tiny, but I ended up putting it in my daypack and used it often. Lots of coverage, too.And the pattern is great- it really brightens up a dreary day. I took longer than necessary to make up my mind on a travel umbrella, but couldn't be happier with my decision.

Beautiful, functional, easy to use and convenient. So far, this umbrella is a winner.Almost 2 years later, stitching is starting to come undone and this umbrella is dying. Oh well. Had an OK run but not one to last years and years - downgraded to 4 stars

I loved this umbrella's design - the birds and trees are beautiful and I've never seen another one like it. However, the framework of the umbrella is plastic, not metal. I found it odd and then on the 2nd use, the plastic broke and the umbrella was unusable. I sent it back for a refund. For the price, why is it made of plastic? Cheaper Totes umbrellas have a metal frame. So disappointed.

I love this umbrella! The colors are warm and the images are delightful. Plus, it pops right open so I can put this out quickly when a storm hits. It wraps up neatly into a little bundle so I can easily fit this into a medium size purse or picket of my backpack.

This collapsible umbrella is perfect for me. The auto-open feature is quick & easy; the auto-close feature works like most do, i.e., it will collapse the umbrella, but you are still required to press the pole back down to the handle.The artwork on this umbrella is charming and whimsical ... a nice way to get a little cheer out of a dreary, rainy day.

I love the look of this umbrella. I do wish that it had vents in the top so that it doesn't fight with me on slightly windy days. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Purchased as a gift to friend who likes the owl theme. Stumbled upon this and thought she might appreciate it. She did.Can't speak to the performance, but it is cute.
