It is most certainly a 5 gallon "carboy" container. It does NOT come with a spout. The cap has a 3/4" female pipe thread cutout for spout connection, tho.

How should this be diluted to use in a foam cannon?

We recommend a dilution of 5:1 if being used with a foam cannon.

Does it include a dispenser nozzle?

No it does not come with a dispenser nozzle.

Can this be used with a high pressure washer?

I have used this with a 4000psi washer and foam cannon setup with great results.
