Ninja FlexFlame Half-Size Griddle with Grease Drain, XSKHLFGRIDLE

I love this griddle. I use this griddle adapter a few times a week. The grease trap can be placed in front or the back. I found that the grease trap is probably better in the rear, when you push the grease or water down the trap, the water or grease can flare up. Very good thick heavy metal.

Its a little sticky at first. So do treat it before using. Its a little rough texture so paper towel will get a little torn up leaving paper fibers. Love the half griddle but now I really want a whole. I treat using beff tallow. I still use a non-stick spray when cooking eggs. When cooking smash burgers, its really hot on the hand due to the heat from the other grate so use a long robust spatula. It stores well in the flexflame cabinet. It's heavy so cleaning is an event. Cooks very even and nice. Fits perfectly.

The half-griddle that comes with it just isn't big enough to make a weekend breakfast for the family. We use the griddle portion of the flex-flame the most, and the upgraded side is almost required. Easily does a whole pack of thick-cut bacon, also a whole bag of hashbrowns. Saves a lot of time, wish it came with this as a default option!

We Bought $1000 flex ninja grill at the end of June. Still not running. caution to buyers. there is no warrantee for this grill. once you open the box you eat it. The handy buddy system is useless since its now the end of August and we haven't been able to use it because it doesn't work. This is so unfair and a terrible way to treat your customers. I will never recommend your product to any of our friends or family. this company should not exist as it is. you should of honored you junk and replaced it to begin with. also, you should have told us from the start that you weren't ever planning on taking it back. If I had known this my handy man husband could put the 3rd sent part for this junker in himself
