J'avais en stock une barrette de 16 Gigas ddr5 1.25 volts et elle n'est pas acceptée, j'ai commandé une barrette udimm ddr5 crucial micron 1.1 volts et elle est reconnue.

商品は動作しなかったので評価できませんでした。組み立て後に電源を入れてもBIOSが起動せず、初期不良の可能性があるため交換を希望したが、返品・再購入しか選択肢がなかった。返品手続きを行ったが、運送業者の追跡では配送完了となっているのに、マイページでは未着のままとなっており、「使用感あり」で返品不可のメールが何度も届く。チャットで状況を入力したところ、返品受付に連絡して返金するとの回答で、返品対応できない場合は、処分してほしい旨もチャットに残したが、「使用感あり」で返品不可のメールがまた届いた。
