Nice size. Stays cold for a long time. Perfect for a sports family. My boys use it for their tired legs after a game and the growing pains they experience. I highly recommend this product. It's such a good price too.

I would have given this five stars but the leg strap is so small it is almost useless. I will have to pay someone to attach a different strap. Unless you are as skinny as the person in the photo, the leg strap is too small and I am not that big. The leg strap should have been at least twice if not 2.5 times larger to make this really viable. I love the bag otherwise but very uncomfortable on my leg and groin as it is just way too tight!

Use: Rehabbing a hip replacement. I like the generous size (compared to what I was sent home from the hospital with), and really love that they feature really grippy Velcro on the bands so the pack stays on and in place, even when moving around a lot. However, the gel pack doesn't stay cold very long. Even with a full night in the freezer it was barely cool after a couple of hours' use the next morning, so if you're looking for long-lasting cold therapy, buy a couple of extra gel packs. The smaller gel packs that the hospital gave me stay cold for several hours, so the technology is out there.

Colder than Ice. I suffer from chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain after multiple injuries. I use this product at least twice a week for inflammation and pain. It is flexible and conforms to your body. It stays cold for hours! Exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The ice pack itself is great, but the wrap that holds it on to your body is very cheaply made. If I would have know the wrap was this flimsy I would not have purchased it. I needed to replace the wraps and ice packs I have had for over 10 years. The quality of those were worth every penny, but I can tell this wrap won't even last a year.

Quality velcro, stays in place. I can wear this while walking with no difficulty. The large even fits over my duty belt.

Very small ice bag.

This ice pack is nice and big, it's flexibility is excellent when iced. You can fold it over your shoulder and knee without it being stiff! The pack comes with a nice size pouch and extra band should you want extra tight fit around the area you're putting it on. I bought this for my shoulder and love it, so happy I got this pack!!! The price was super, especially for the size of it. I will be getting one for the hubby, this one is all mine :)
