It’s a good playpen that was extremely easy to set up. I had an immediate problem with a missing corner stabilizer. . I called customer support and it seems the part couldn’t be sent. I’m still giving five stars because the company dealt with my problem swiftly. Since they couldn’t send me the part, they sent an entire new playpen. The customer service representative was exceptionally helpful. It’s great to get what you expect but if there’s a minor problem, it’s particularly impressive to have a quick resolution. I received the new playpen in 3 days via UPS.

It’s easy to use, and the lock provides a bit of added security, especially helpful for pets that like to push their way out. ✅ Versatile Use (Indoor/Outdoor) – It’s plastic, so you can confidently use it both inside and outside. It's easy to clean in case of accidents, and it doesn't get damaged by moisture. ✅ Whelping-Friendly – The 24" height is just right for small breed moms and their pups. You can monitor and access the space easily without stepping over it. Cons: ⚠️ Not for Larger or Energetic Pets – If your pet is over 20–25 lbs or tends to jump, this pen might be too short and lightweight. Easy assembly. Can be square or diamond shaped to fit location. Great for yorkies
