This item is exactly what most reviews said , a joke, the impulse is next to nothing, I tried it for 2 days to see if maybe I did something wrong. The instructions are TERRIBLE, you can tell some foreign country wrote them, only thing that comes close to being true is packaging. It looks good but don’t buy it because it does not work!

First off it did take me a minute to turn on. Guessing it was the same issue the vine reviewer had. It’s not enough to push the power button. You have to hold it. The instructions don’t make sense. There are three buttons on the unit that aren’t labeled the covers labeled, but not the unit. The instructions are broken English clearly Bradley translated talks about two modes, low for left hand high for right hand and then it says something about gears. The instructions don’t say anything about how to switch modes. I assume the gears our levels of intensity. My big issue is not knowing which mode it’s in. It says low as default but when you’re trying to get it to turn on, how do I know if it’s still in default and I didn’t accidentally switch it cause I assume it switches with the power button can’t be known for sure since the instructions don’t say. It’s basically a tens unit for you hand, for those who don’t know what that is, that’s the electro pads that physical therapists stick on an injury. I don’t know if it’s centering me or not but it definitely drew the focus to my hand away from what was worrying me. As for the product working or not, I haven’t used it that much to know for sure. My 3 stars are based on the confusion with the instructions. for those who thought it was too intense, I suggest hitting that minus button and turn the intensity down and seeing if it works better for them. doesn’t hurt to try for yourself. You can always return it. It reminds me of my dog snuggle pup that he had for anxiety that used a heartbeat calming for him, but the heartbeat sound gave me anxiety. It reminds me of the heartbeat because it’s a slow steal pulse feels like taking your pulse.

Nice concept, weak on usefulness.
