Carrying Case Compatible with Nintendo Switch - Protective Hard Shell Portable Travel Carry Case for Nintendo Switch Console & Accessories

The media could not be loaded.  Very cute Switch carrying case. The inside has a zipper pocket for extra joycons, while there is also a space for physical game cartridges. The Switch itself fits perfectly. Almost too perfectly.Yes, it is very secure and will be great when going through airports. But I literally have to smack the back of the case, while it is titled at an angle, to get the console out. I was originally planning on buying the clear hard case to go over the console and joycons, as that aesthetic is cool and handy. Yet, with this carrying case there's no way it would fit the hard plastic INSIDE the case. Therefore, this will only be a traveling case from now on rather than an everyday case, iykwim.Additionally, the Mario-like buttons that you have to pop each time you want in and out of the bag are difficult to use. You really have to push these suckers to close them. This probably won't be a problem for people who have extra padding, such as more joycons and lots of games, but it definitely feels as though if you push too hard you'll hit the console screen. See video for demo.Luckily, I purchased a screen protector from Orzly so it should be safe. In relation to Orzly, I was going to purchase their version of this case. Except, of course, their's is plain and boring. So this case it is. Definitely check out the specs on both cases though, as the Orzly one looks like it might be just as secure, but not come with the same issues as this case.However, this case does what it is meant to do. If I could I'd give it a 3.5 I would, but I'll round up.

I bought this case with the hopes it would look cute but still be durable, however it seems to have chosen aesthetics over functionality. While the case arrived in good condition - and visually very pleasing - when I tried to open the button clasps (which you have to do to get the case itself open) I found it very difficult. I only managed to get it open once before one of the buttons fell off, leaving me unable to close it again.I immediately returned the case and decided to replace it - hoping it was just a fault with my original one. However, when trying to use my second case, the exact same thing happened. I opened the button and it fell off, again leaving me with a defective case.I hope they manage to fix this fault, but will not be purchasing this item again.

Fab retro case. Great size and protects the switch well. Brilliant for using whilst traveling

Love this little case. Looks the part for my Mario crazy son. And being a gamer myself I can't help appreciating it myself too on the sly. It's sturdy and easy to spot at the bottom of a bag as it's so bright.

My only negative about this product is the potent smell that comes off it when first getting it. It went after a while though. Other than that, it serves its purpose and has lasted well

Hard and secure. Absolute steel for this price

Not the same case as pictured, I received one with a black zip and different style on the front. No complaints about the product itself just wasn't what wanted.
