Smal Price but Extreme Perfomance
My Wireless provider made a mistake and sent another version of this product with the wrong connector for the mobile hotspot. After calling their Tech Support they recomended this product. I purcased the cable adapter from Amazon and was pleased when I received it and used it so I would have the correct size connector to the Hotspot. It works great and would recomend this to anyone who needs a solution quickly. Another great sale from Amazon!

Doesn't stay plugged in
I am plugging it in to a JetPack 4610 and if you move it you have to make sure the cable stays plugged in.

Great device - if it included a SIM card.
I have high hopes for this device, but am unable to use it because Novatel did NOT include a SIM card!!! The product information says nothing about having to buy a SIM card separately. How lame!!!

I have only had it a few days seems to work good. I haven't had any problems so far with the jetpack.

poor performance from 60514 trying to pickup Chicago over-the-air broadcast channels
Poor performance from windows facing downtown Chicago on both ground and the second floor. I ended up puting two high-def antennae in my attic which gives me good reception on all channels.

Better than i hoped for!
I'm loving it so far. Picks up 4G LTE service in my house where my phone barely gets 2 bars on 3G. I bought an antenna from Verizon so we'll see if I can get an even better signal. If you're looking for a Jetpack. This is the one you need.
