Hi Thompson, there is a long list of ingredients: - vit A (2,500IU) - vit C (150mg as ascorbic acid and 30mg as ascorbyl palmitate)- vit D (200iu)- iodine (150mcg, from kelp)- zinc citrate (20mg)- selenium (200mcg, as selenomethionine)- l-tyrosine (500mg)and added herbs - ashwagandha (400mg)- forskohlii (100mg)- guggul (150mg)- turmeric (100mg). The serving size is 2 capsules daily, with food. You can also type up "Pure encapsulations Thyroid Support" in any search engine window, and view the actual "Supplement Facts" side of the label on Pure Encapsulations website (or some other sellers of the product).This is a very good supplement: I am on thyroid hormone right now, but taking this in addition, and I can tell the difference if I don't take it. This being said, a word of caution:  1 - if you are taking it for Hashimoto's, you may consider the fact that it has iodine; 2 - if you are sensitive/allergic to plants in Nightshades family, it has ashwagandha; if you are pregnant, or planning on it, it has guggul.Wishing you well in your healing journey, Natalya

your product description on this page, says that it has both T3 and T4.  Did you change the ingredients?

Typically, the thyroid becomes sluggish due to a lack of minerals nutrients etc. Then doctors prescribe T3 and T4 medication that make up for the lack of hormones. That also regulates the remaining hormones that are produced. 
This products does not include hormones, it helps the thyroid produce the levels of hormones you need. Then lots of people don't need extra T3 and T4.

Pure Encapsulations - Thyroid Support Complex  contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) which is derived from lanolin, the fat found in wool. For this reason Pure Encapsulations can not say it is vegan friendly.
