It's incredibly lightweight, surprisingly quiet, and dries hair very quickly with multiple heat and speed settings.I bought this for my mom because she's getting older and had started complaining about how heavy her old hair dryer was. She loves how light it is, how much quieter it is than a traditional dryer, and how quickly it dries her hair. As funny as it sounds, she also uses it to dry our two little dogs after their baths. The quieter operation doesn't startle them as much, and they get dry much faster.It comes with several attachments, although we really only use two of them on a regular basis.Is it worth the price? For most people, you probably don't need this much power in a dryer. But if you have wrist or hand issues, elderly, or really want the best in a sleek design, you'll appreciate the lightweight design, quieter operation, and faster drying. The color and quality are excellent, and it delivers exactly what you'd expect from Dyson.

Best hair dryer ever. Lightweight and shaped so you can use it without your arms getting tired! Dries quickly. Expensive but worth it to me. Don’t mind blow drying my hair now! It’s a breeze! Lol

Purchased this Dyson to replace my old much heavier Dyson. Stopped working in 7 months. Checked the filter and it was clean. Lights go on but no air. Super disappointed. At this price point it should last MUCH longer.

*UPDATE: MINE STOPPED WORKING ON THE 4TH USE!!*Seriously, Dyson??? They have turned into such trash. My Dyson vacuums never last anymore, neither did my airwrap (why I used a shark instead) and now this POS too. Thank god this died while I was in the return window.I’ve been waiting for this to be released to consumers for a while now! My hairdresser has had it for a long time and I was always so curious about it.After 1 hair dry I’m immediately in love. I have purchased the original Dyson hair dryer, Dyson air wrap, shark flex style, and I feel like this is my favorite one! I always dread having to dry my hair so knowing this works quickly, I’m able to convince myself to actually do it.It’s super light weight, smaller/more compact and way quieter than my shark flex style I’ve been using as a hair dryer. I’m praying to the hair gods that this will last for years because it is so damn expensive!
