I really got a great workout in a short time
I really got a great workout in a short time, and my abs were sore! I am always looking for new ways to work out, and this one is a great addition to my usual workouts!

Great idea, poor design
I love functional exercise equipment and figured that this would be a great addition to my extensive exercise equipment arsenal. The problem with this equipment is that as you can see from the photo, the ball gets indented even when stored in ideal conditions. I was told by the company that the only way to eliminate the indentation is to put hot water in the ball. It worked for 2 days but in order to maintain the ball one has to remove the water that's in the ball and replace it with hot water every time it's used. I have three of these balls. Two of the 14 inch and one of the 9-inch. The 9-inch doesn't seem to indent as often but the two 14 inch balls are constantly indented.
