LOVE THIS!!
I purchased this product a couple weeks ago and I waited to write the review until I fully grasped the concept of how to correctly use it. I received the e book and read it thoroughly because I have never used a foam roller before and I wanted to make sure I would be using it correctly. The e book really helped me figure a couple of different positions out, and also not to roll specifically on my very sore knots (that is what I thought I was supposed to do!). When I first used the roller it was very different, but very supportive. I really enjoy that there is a place for spine support because I have some back issues that do not flare up when using Mfit foam roller. The roller itself is very sturdy and holds my body weight while I am rolling on it without even making a dent! I was really worried that once I had gained this weight I would damage any roller, but not this one! Also, the medium sized ball and small ball work wonders on my feet and the knots I have in my back and shoulder blade areas. The three different bands that come with this product are all amazing. They are great for warming up my muscles prior to working out and also to actually work out with. I can take them to work with ease as they fit right in my sweatshirt pocket. I like to use the lightest band for shoulders and the heaviest band for legs and thighs. I love the bag that this roller came with because it is the perfect size to store the roller in without it being bulky and extra. I love that there is storage within the roller ends themselves- this allows me to keep the bands, balls, and also my supplement containers with my roller so it keeps me on track with my routine. I am very happy with this purchase and as usual- Morelli Fit products do NOT disappoint!!!

Back Pain Be GONE
If you have any lower back pain, you have to read this! So I sit at an office desk all day, and after a few hours of not moving much my lower back and hips are so tight I just can’t handle it. I got this roller not just for the gym, but also for my office, and what an AMAZING decision that was.I read all the reviews and basically checked out every other roller out there. What I really loved about this roller more than anything else I saw was… It protected my spine and my lower back when I rolled on it, which is huge when I have bad lower back pain, plus the groves really get into the muscles on the side of the spine ( not sure what they are called). Whenever Im feeling lower back pain or tightness I just roll on this for 5 minutes. If anyone came into my office I would look like a crazy man, but it would be worth it. Nothing feels better for my lower back than this baby after 5 minutes.I also really like the Big Ball for the butt muscles, it also helps with the tightness and the tension, its really amazing! I read that negative review with the guy who posted pics, and I got scared for a second, but Im happy I did listen, he must have a very very gentle back or just never foam rolled before, because this roller is the perfect firmness.Looking forward to see what they come out with next, maybe something for my abs ( Hint hint) !

Love this wedge
Love this wedge. It's unique compared to others. It has different ridges along the foam roller that almost makes it feel like a massage. It also has a spinal protection In the middle. This is a huge deal for me since I don't like the feeling of a hard foam rolling against my spine. And LASTLY it has two compartments that you can store stuff and and comes with a bunch of goodies. If you would buy those things separately it would cost more than 50$Definitely a must have 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Better than years of massage therapists and chiropractors!!!
I've been going to a chiropractor and massage therapist weekly for what now seems like years to get my back and hip sorted, and must have spent thousands of dollars in the process. I also have heating pads, ice packs, etc. etc. etc. But this roller, along with the accessories that come with it, have gotten me sorted in a matter of a couple of weeks. The grooved shape to avoid putting any weight on the spine really works! Totally worth the money!!!

Deeply in love
I've been experiencing lower back pain, hip pain, tight calves, glutes and this roller has made me feel 75% better in the short amount of time that I've owned this. Definitely not your typical foam roller. It feels like a deep massage each time I use it. Just like all Morelli products, it's worth it!

A much better roller on my back, and extra goodies.
Really neat roller, better on my spine (other brands really aggravated my back,) this comes with those resistance loop bands and some other goodies. Pretty neat and a great buy. I’ll most likely buy again and give for Christmas presents 👍🏻

Probably one of the best foam rollers I've ever used. The accessories and their compartments are just a little touch to show the quality that was put into the product. It's a hard foam so it really works and helps with the recovery. Well worth the purchase
