This is a really great salon chair. Compared to my last chair it is so comfy. The cushions are so THICK and I love the head rest and how you can recline the chair back. The assembly required 2 people but it wasn’t hard, you just have to read the directions clearly. I think it’s an amazing value for the money and it’s so beautiful. It’s sturdy and has a very nice weight to it, no wobbling at all. 10000/10 stars!!!

I absolutely love this chair! The beige color compliments my salon suite perfectly and gives it such an elegant touch. The leather is very comfortable and the details on this chair are even more beautiful in person because pictures don’t do it justice. The reclining feature is smooth and assembly was super easy by following the video on YouTube. Shipping was fast and the chair came very well protected in the box. 100% love this chair ! My clients love it as well ! I love the way it reclines and allows my clients the ability to relax and lay back while I do their hair . This chair is very reliable and if you’re thinking about buying it you should !! I’ve had this chair since January and it’s still in good condition I am a Braider but this chair is perfect for lash techs and other service providers too ! It gets the job done. We were able to put it together no problem. Issue is the back of the chair. The cable that controls the locking mechanism gets stuck on the pump and people fall back when that happens. But if you try to put the cable around the bar that’s down there, it doesn’t ever lock; I still don’t understand why that happens. I solved it with a loose zip tie so it doesn’t get snagged on the pump but still hangs below the bar, and is still able to lock when needed. It feels pretty cheap (wiggly) but no issues outside of that. You get what you pay for. If you want a chair for professional use, keep the zip tie trick in mind (at home too I guess lol), and save up for an official barber chair. But it fits into my shampoo bowl, it pumps up, and has a head rest if you need it (which I did and it gets the job done). Great for a starter chair or at home chair.

Nails came rusted and screws barely fit. Back won’t stay up. Edit.. the brand sent me a new chair and refunded me. The new one was a lot easier to put together though still odd and is sturdier but I’ve only used it one day so far.

If you’re thinking about it, just get it!!! This chair was a perfect addition to my hair suite. The color is so vibrant and I love the fact that it can recline for my clients comfortability. The chair is very sturdy, and it’s a nice size! I believe this is something I can use for a long time. Putting it together was a little tricky but the company has plenty of videos to help visual learners like me!

Worst chair I ever had. Hair gets caught in the sides of the chair and foot rest is sharp and thin people trip on it. Also it is hard to turn. I’m sorry I bought it. I would have returned but it took 1 1/2 hours to put together. Not easy. Also very very hard! I have to have a small pillow for customers back. Big mistake. It’s for heavier clients but when they get in the chair you can’t turn them with both hands. It’s embarrassing for them.

The chairs are esthetically pleasing, but the quality of the chair itself is not great. Even when you put them together correctly they randomly stop functioning. The chair will start to lean back without touching the lever. It just starts reclining on its own. It doesn’t stay up. Then the next day it will stay up by itself. It’s a very flimsy chair.I would not recommend it. It’s a hassle to disassemble and send back.
