I searched for organic celery seed extract, but this brand does not mention the word organic? Is it organic?

I don't know, but it is free of artificial ingredients and gmo's...I wouldn't worry about it though...We use it because it is standardized to have 85% 3NB , and if you're using it for a condition ( such as Gout like we are), you want the most potent...we've ordered several times...good stuff

Celery Seed Extract is standardized to contain 85% 3nB and other celery phthalides at a dosage of 75 to 150mg two times daily.

I take "natural factors" celery seed extract because I read a tiny article about that particular brand in a health food magazine. It recounted the tale of a researcher & his father who started chowing down on celery - about 4 stalks a day. The father's blood pressure dropped like a stone...that's how they discovered its natural blood pressure lowering ability, 85% 3nB being the magic potion. I cannot tell you if it is organic or not but it is a 'natural' diuretic. I wanted to cut back on my prescription BP meds because they all have side effects of one kind or another. When you first start, you can take 1-2 capsules a day but once it gets into your system - after a few weeks - cut back to 1 capsule a day or even 1 every other day - unless you want to spend your days in the bathroom peeing. At 1 every other day my last BP reading @ doctor's office was 122/70. Of course I'm also taking standardized, water extracted cinnamon in the form of Cinnabetic II (which is Cinnulin PF) which also lowers BP, & controls glucose. The last time I visited my doctor he said he didn't know what I was doing but I should keep doing it.
