The lift cord snapped after one year of used

Broke off the base. The umbrella stayed intact through storms winds and moving it around though, I gave it away with the outdoor set since when it broke off the base it tipped the entire set over and broke it. Get a better base. The umbrella part is great.

very nice and good quality…. yet the lights are super dim

I ordered this umbrella in May, & was so pleased I ordered another one, but I received a slightly smaller umbrella with no lights, i'm very disappointed.

Lights are not bright and there is no on/off switch like previous purchases

This is a very unsafe, flimsy umbrella. I set it up in the beginning of July and discovered that the hinge was completely twisted off one month later. It is not very windy in my region and there is no reason to account for this except for a defective product. Unfortunately, I am past my return window, so I’m stuck with this sad, hanging umbrella. This could have been dangerous had anyone been sitting underneath it, but fortunately no one was hurt. Save your money and buy a better umbrella.

Great shade cover. Just a little caution it is wider and heavier than a regular umbrella you’d buy at local hardware stores. Be careful placing it in its holder over a table. I like the strap to tie it and the colour. I bought two. One was damaged but still functional.
