TRAVEL MUG (30 oz) - "Up Before Enemy"

Not only does this mug keep liquid warm for 12 hours, but it's actually 19% warmer after it goes into the mug. Jocko approves

Loved it but one tiny drop destroyed the lid. I kept a straight face face, picked up the pieces and said, "Good."

Bought the mug, looks cool and feels like its high quality. The only Issue I had was the mug leaked when drinking out of it. As cool as it is to have, functionally its useless because it spills whenever I drink out of it. Contacted seller for a possible solution. No response. After waiting for two weeks for a response about the mug, I realized they weren't going to respond. I filed for a return and still haven't heard from them. I bought a 40$ paper weight.

Perfect and useful

I love the Jocko mug. It feels quality made. It keeps coffee or tea hot for hours. Same for cold liquids. The reason for the low rating is the wording on the sides and numbers. Handwashing only and they still faded to almost gone. Disappointing as I have other mugs but wanted a Jocko mug with " DEF " and "Up before the enemy" "0434". Jocko is legit and his company should switch to laser engraving in my opinion.

Initially, the wording feels sticky. After a few hand washings, the words come off rendering an overpriced, black travel mug. I contacted customer support asking about the possibility of etching/engraving and they stated that they are unable to at this time - rendering this product substandard and not up to the "Jocko" standard I was expecting. Unfortunately, a little discipline could have resulted in freedom with this mug.
