My husband and I use this, they are VERY good! Sleep is good throughout the night, worth the money!

I had a bad cold and these are life savers. It would have been very hard to get through a day of work without using the daytime relief. And at night, the nighttime relief capsules worked wonders to help me get a good nights sleep and recover. While these won't help you recover faster, they help relieve symptoms tremendously so that you can go on with your life.

We always take these on our cruises, just in case. They have a good shelf life and are easy to pack or use as needed. Great value for our needs.

Good value, wish they'd come in a bottler rather than a blister pack.

These will definitely help you, but there are also definitely Issues: - First off, the individual pill compartments are just really hard to open up. I've rarely had success with tearing them open at all, so I always have to puncture the foil with something else to get into them. - They're also kind of big and annoying for what they are. I know the intent is to separate individual portions so you can take them with you. But I can't imagine you wanting to take nighttime ones with you in most cases (why would you want to be sleepy in places you aren't going to sleep?), so having them on the same sheet as the daytime ones is definitely awkward. And if you separate them, the edges are sharp and the form factor of the overall individual pieces is kind of obnoxious. - I also really wish the ratio between daytime and nighttime was different. Even at 2:1, I still end up with a ton of extra nighttime softgels because for heavy allergy days I end up using three daytimes and one nighttimes or no nighttimes at all. - They're also just less effective than the syrup, at least instantly. You are losing the instant "something cooling in my throat" that syrup gives you by doing this. That being said, for allergy and cold/flu suffering, you probably don't care about any of this and care more that it's cough syrup that you can actually take with you to school/college/work, and for that it does great. The price is also fine for what you get, and you can stock up somewhat with the expiration being a bit over a year. Just consider the only-daytime option for at least some if you're getting a bunch.
