Starwood Sports Exercise Resistance Loop Bands Set

Love the workout with the resistance bands. The brochure makes it easy to follow and the link on line was even better. You can feel the burn all day so you know it is working. I like that it is a workout that fits into my morning routine that does not require drive time, and waiting on others, I can simply do the routine on my time in the morning, hop in the shower and get in the car to work. Does not add hours that I don’t have to get in shape. Fits into my life in real time. Am sure the results will be seen in the coming weeks!

Great set of bands that come in fun colors. Once you memorize which color corresponds with which tension you are easily able to grab the one you want for that particular exercise. I like that this product has a little carrying bag. If I travel, I just pop whatever bands I want to take with me and they take up very little room in my suitcase. I also use the bag for day to day storage. The bands next nicely into each other. The bands are great quality and I think they will hold up for a long time.

These resistance bands have made at home exercise so much easier! You can easily find at-home resistance band workouts on google or Youtube, and these save you so much time. I use these for my legs, glutes, and arms because they're so multi-functional. They're also very nice to help you stretch. If you're too busy for the gym, these are great for a quick and effective workout.

I know they are meant to be tight, but these felt a little tighter that I wanted. They have gotten more comfortable over time , which I understand since they were brand new. These are perfect for adding some resistance to your workout

I love this set! I use this for a Beachbody video workout and they are better quality than the one that came with the video set. The set comes with different resistance levels, more than most sets, and for a better price. The bag is convenient for storing the bands when not in use. I am very happy with this product!

This is my third time ordering these.First and foremost, I use these on my personal training clients and they love these things! My clientele ranges from fresh out PT clients all the way up to more advanced exercisers and the ranges of resistance are perfect!Based on personal experience, the heavy (red) and extra heavy (black) resistance bands are the ones that snap on me the most but that is also because I use those the most. I use them every week and they usually snap on me on the third month.All in all, these are great bands to have and I’ll definitely recommend these to others. For the price, they can’t be beat!

If you're athletic & strong, the "XX-Heavy" still doesn't provide quite enough resistance for some work outs. The bands have a strange smell they leave on your hands. I'm assuming that'll go away with more use. But overall, this is a good product & I would purchase again!

So what I dislike about it is that it isn’t resistant enough.. the orange and black one are the same.. loose and I was hoping it will be more resistant
