how thick is the stainlees steel ?

According to the specs on the pictures the spatulas are 1mm and the flipper is 1.5mm. 8mm is about 1/4 inch, most pans are not that thick.

Handle on long spatulas are really loose is there a replacement or way to fix this?

Do you carry the counter rack to hang them?

No. They spend most of the time laying on table when in use. My husband just sets them close by his blackstone grill when they're not in use.
