Nice dice
Love these super giant dice, fun to stay moving if the box is closed Sunday. My son was terrified by some of the exercises and numbers. I told him to get his own dice.

Are You Feeling Lucky?
It is often said variety is the spice of life. The FILA Accessories Exercise Dice product adheres to that time-tested maxim. The spongy, tennis-ball sized set of 2 dice come in a closeable mesh storage bag with some minimal instructions. The basic idea is that you toss the dice and do the exercise indicated on one die and the reps or time indicated on the other. Pretty simple, right? It is, and while it adds some randomness, there are only 6 options per die, though the exercise one has a "Wild Card" option where you insert the exercise of your choice. I like bringing this with me when going for a long run or jog along the beach, and when I make stops, doing one of the exercises for the prescribed time or amount. This could also be done at home alone or with a partner or group, as part of another exercise routine, or as a way to choose interval training. It might not be great for the latter as there usually is a set goal of what you're working towards for your intervals on a given day.If you want randomness added to the mix, these exercise dice are a playful option. They are a firm foam that is lightweight and easy to toss in a gym bag or backpack, but also on the bulky side. If I were running and wanted to do some exercises along the way, I'd rather have something that fits in my pocket. The neon yellow with black print is easy to read and they are simple to wipe clean as well.If not getting this for yourself, The FILA dice would make a fun gift for someone who is into fitness and cross-training. I do yoga at home and if I combine that with this as a more intense exercise component, I've got myself a pretty good workout. The random aspect might not be for to everyone, but if it is appeals to you, the FILA Accessories Exercise Dice aren't a bad way to go.~ Kort

I will not use
This is a set of large set of dice to use in exercise. One has exercises and one had the number of time you do the exercise. I guess this would be fun but to me it is not something I will use.

Clever Way to Make a Workout Fun
I work to engage my 13 & 9 year old kids in physical activities regularly, and got these for us to use to make workouts a little more fun. Mission accomplished. These foam dice are big, durable, and fun. One die determines your activity (walking lunges, squats, jumping jacks, crunches, push ups and "wild card") and the other your duration (30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 10 reps, 20 reps, or 30 reps). There's nothing to keep you from slapping a strip of scotch tape on the dice or taking a permanent marker to them to craft your own exercises and durations. The writing on the dice is large and easy to read. Overall, a clever way to make workouts a little more fun.

Makes it fun
Using dice to randomize exercise makes it fun. I mean… as fun as it will be.These are basically large foam dice, maybe 4” across, hard to palm. It’s a simple tool but it’s fun.The categories are pretty basic. The number varies between time and reps. If you have lower limits you can make a rule to cut it in half or something. You could probably use a permanent marker to vary it up a little more too, depending on what type of exercise or practice you are doing.I teach a martial arts class and my plan is to use these for warmups. Don’t blame me, blame the dice…

Add some randomness to your exercise routines
I'll be honest, when I saw these I really didn't get the point of them but my husband was really excited about them. To him, what makes exercise so tedious is the absolute boringness of it. You're just walking forever, stepping forever, it's just so repetitive. But with this, you're introducing an element of randomness. You don't know what you will be doing next and that's part of the appeal - at least for him. He's used these several times now and even the kids get involved and want to do jumping jacks, push-ups and such with daddy. The size of the dice are good - big enough you can see the words easily but not too huge as to be comical. Other than me, who's still luke warm about them (but then again, I'm luke warm about exercise in general) these have been a hit!

Big dice that make exercise fun.
It's almost weird how cool these dice are. They are bigger than I expected them to be, but they're easy to roll and easy to read. One dice has exercises on it: walking lunges, push ups, jumping jacks, crunches, squats, and a wild card. The other has time intervals: 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 10 reps, 20 reps, and 30 reps. And they are actually fun! I do exercises with my young kids, and they think it's entertaining. There's something about making exercise into a game that makes it feel a lot less like work.I also like that the dice are nice quality. They have a squishy feel and smooth texture. They're easy to clean. It's a fun concept, and we've had a good time playing with them.

Kam riesig bei meiner Mannschaft an!
Die Würfel habe das Training aufgelockert. Trotz der ungeliebten Kräftigungsübungen war meine Mannschaft Feuer und Flamme für die Würfel.
